	<Abstract>
    The analysis and comparison of the our experimental results and the data of other researchers about the stages of normal and 
  abnormal cardiogenesis under the influence of hypotermia, hypoxia, ethanol, retinoic acid were made. The common retardation of 
  embryonic development is the most often case after teratogens factor treatment as well as the delay in interventricular and intaratrial 
  septa development, not complete closure of interventricular foramen, abnormal development of the heart wall and endocardial cushions in 
  all chambers of the embryonic heart. The altering of the basic cardiogenic processes caused the abnormal development of atrioventricular 
  valves as well as aortic and pulmonary trunk valves in most embryos. The spectrum of heart defects including defect of interventricular 
  septum, double outlet of right ventricle and complete transposition of great vessels was observed. Our data suggest that the neural crest 
  cell play a role in the abnormal heart development. The abnormal flexio and torsio of the embryo, the malformation of the cranial portion 
  of embryo, the cardiac ectopia and umbilical herniation among external abnormalities were also observed.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of work was to determine the mechanisms of pathologic morphogenesis of the toxic neuropathy caused by etoposide taking into 
  consideration all complex the neuro-vascular-desmal relationship disturbances in peripheral nerves, their motor and sensor segmental 
  centers. It has been shown in the experiments on 86 white rats that single intravenous injection of etoposide at dose of 22 mg/kg body 
  weight induse peripheral neuropathy. The complex of morphologic methods included the neurohistological and electronic microscopic methods 
  of the research, the histochemical markers for study transmissivity of the vessels of the circulatory bed on the light microscopic and 
  ultrastructural levels was used. The recommendations of the Interagency Committee of Neurotoxicology were considered to choose the methods 
  of the research. The presence of 3 stages of morphogenesis has been established - phase of primary axonal reaction (3d day of experiment), 
  phase of disturbance of the microcirculation of peripheral nerves and their segmental centers (7th day of experiment), phase of degenerative
  changes (15th day). Etoposide-indused neuropathy features are determined by a singularity of interdependent reactive changes, alteration 
  and compensation processes in sensory and motor neurons, glial cells, microcirculatory bed and connective tissue.

	<Abstract>
      A number of theoretic and pathomorphologic postulates are offered for creation of the integrated concept of morphological mechanisms 
    of cancero- and anticarcinogenesis in the thyroid gland. These postulates developed on the basis of long-term researches of this organ. 
    The problems of system formation with new properties (neosystemogenesis) which are the important philosophical and theoretical problem 
    of oncology are introduced in the article.The new view of sight on a function – morphogenetic and morphodynamic- of hemocapillars in 
    the thyroid gland is offered. These mechanisms provide the coordina-tive change of the spatial-time ratio, by which adaptive change 
    of a qualitative condition of thyroid gland is reached without change of quantitative characteristics, and also realize morphogenetic 
    processes - formation of new follicles by their fragmen-tation by hemocapillars. We insist, that the failure of morphogenetic and 
    morphodynamic function of hemocapillars of a thy-roid gland bases a pathogenesis of the majority diseases of this organ, including 
    tumors. The conception about pretumoral and intratumoral dysplasia, mechanism of their formation and role in formation of blastomas 
    are offered. An experimental model of carcinogenesis from C-cells by long-term lesion of structural homeostasis of thyroid gland by 
    hypercalcemia is developed. The problem of existence of anticarcinogenesis is analyzed in the article. The phenomenon of elimination 
    of follicles of a central zone of the thyroid gland is determined as a specific mechanism of the thyroid gland during long-term 
    stimulation of prolifera-tive activity of C-cells. This phenomenon can be explained as the mechanism of anticarcinogenesis in the 
    thyroid gland. It is necessary to search for similar phenomenon in other organs for creation of a new trend in medicine - therapeutic 
    surgery, which is extirpation of pathological neoplasms on early stages of their formation without a classic surgical intervention.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the work was to determine the consequence of pathomorphological changes of the respiratory part and surfactant system 
   of lungs at hepatic insufficiency, and also to estimate the dynamics of changes of both compensate and decompensate types in experimental 
   model. 88 mature rats both sexes for modeling of the hepatic insufficiency by the Саmегоn’s method were used. Rat lungs were examined 
   in 2, 4, 8 and 16 weeks after beginning of experiment. The increase of the volume of regions with emphysema, dysthelectasis and 
   athelectasis at in the respiratory portion of the lungs were found. The increase of interstitial components with decreasing of relative 
   thickness of epithelial layer of alveoli and the endothelial cells in capillaries were observed in aero-hematic barrier. The increase of 
   vessel permeability, formation of hemorrhages, dysthelectasis and athelectasis are observed in the respiratory portion at chronic hepatic 
   insufficiency. The sclerotic changes in the interalveolar septa with pneumofibrosis are determined in the terminal stages of chronic 
   endotoxicosis.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the current study was to determine the representation of different types of leucocytes in the mucosal layer of the cheek 
  in person of old and senile age. The mucosal layer of the maxillary, mandibulary and intermediate zones on the cheek of 12 persons from 
  40 till 80 years died from reasons not connected with diseases or damage of the head were used. The serial thin sections were stained by 
  toluidin blue and polychrome. Additionally the thickness of the mucosal layer, the sizes of the cells and vessels diameters were measured. 
  The amount and representation of immune cells showed the dynamic changes in persons of old age, and the plasmocytes undergo the most 
  changes. The amount of plasmocytes in this group was more than in the senile group. In our opinion, it is a result of depress of humoral 
  immunity and processes of antibodies secretion which inactivate of antigens. We conclude that the compensate mechanisms of the immune 
  defenсe in the mucosal layer of old person take place by the participation of histiocytes and free macrophages of connective tissue. The 
  defence function in the mucose layer of the senile persons carry out by neutrophills and free macrophages.

	<Abstract>
    The increase of morbidity and invalidization frequency of patients with the breast cancer stipulates a necessity to find of the new 
  diagnostic ways and prognostic markers with the aim for early diagnostic, optimization and individual way of therapy that will allow 
  to improve the quality of life, patients’ physical and social reabilitation. The purpose of our investigation was to estimate an 
  expression of important biological markers of tumor’s bihavior – p53 and Ki-67 (proliferative markers) at women suffering from breast 
  cancer of different age by immunohistochemical method. We have examined 300 women with 5 markers (estrogen and progesteron receptors - ER, 
  PgR; human epidermal growth factor receptor HER-2/neu; p53-oncoprotein, presenolin pS2), and 150 women with 7 markers (additionally Ki-67, 
  bcl-2). Our data suggests that the proliferative activity of breast cancer cells is higher at patients with metastasis. Besides, we have 
  estimated correlation between young age of women and p53-pozitive status. Thus, it allows their using as independent prognostic markers 
  which are evidence of high metastatic and invasive tumor potential.

	<Abstract>
    High prevalence, mortality and disabling rate of malignant tumors of cervix uteri direct us to necessity to search for new diagnostic 
  and prognostic markers for earlier and proper diagnostics of precancerous lesions of uterine cervix, to estimate probability of 
  progression those lesions in invasive carcinomas and to determine biological behavior of cervical malignant tumors. Therefore the purpose 
  of this study was to estimate Кi67, p16INK4A and р53 expression in order to determine intensity of proliferation and oncogenic 
  transformation in displastic and neoplastic cervical lesions and their relation to persistent onco-genic human papillomavirus infection. 
  Operating and bioptic material from 89 patients after hysterectomy, conization of cervix and colposcopy with biopsy of cervical tissue 
  under visual control was investigated and diagnoses such as CINI, CINII, CINIII, invasive carcinoma were confirmed. Strait relationships 
  between the degree of cervical lesion and intensity of staining were established for Кi67 and р53, and also correlation between intensity 
  of immunohistochemical reaction with p16INK4A antibody and presence of DNA of oncogenic human papillomavirus was determined. Consequently 
  estimation of these marker expressions lets us reveal those regions, which are suspicious on presence of displastic and neoplastic changes 
  in epithelium, which looks normal with conventional staining and also assist in distinguishing those displastic and neoplastic lesions 
  from dystrophic and atrophic ones, аs well as define carcinomas with marked malignant and invasive behavior.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of study was the determination of histological variants of bronchial glands cancer depending on the caliber of bronchi. 
   The resected lungs of patients with bronchogenic cancer were used. The histological sections were stained by hematoxilin-eosin and 
   Van Hyzon, the histochemical reaction for elastic elements by Hart, Shiff-alcian blue, Bergman and for fibrin by Mallory was carried. 
   The fragments of principal, lobar, segmental, intrasegmental and lobular bronchi were used. The bronchial glands at mucoepidermal cancer 
   were represented mainly by goblet cells, the mucus was inside of bronchial tubes with the admixtures of leucocytes, cells were partly 
   substituted by transitional cellular epithelium that reminds multilayers flat epithelium. The cancer of gland ducts was characterized, 
   saving the cylinder epithelium, by presence of lymphoid cell accumulations. The acinar variant of cancer of bronchial glands on the 
   histological structure was characterized by the presence of two types: glomerular and small cystic. Our data suggest that the cancer of 
   bronchial glands clinically demonstrates the local destructive growth, is located around the bronchial tubes and simulates flat cellular 
   cancer. The offered complex of histological and histochemical methods, and also carried comparisons of structure of bronchial glands, 
   allows differentiating more details in the type of cancer.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the research was to study the processes of tissue and celluar transformation of the myocardium on early stage of human 
   cardiogenesis. The hearts of the human embryos and fetuses were used. The standard methods of fixation, making of histological slides 
   and staining by hematoxilin-eosin and metylene blue-azur II-fuxin were used. The two different types of distribution of apoptotic cells 
   in the myocardium of the ventricles were revealed. The dominance of multifocal distribution of apoptotic cells in subepicardial layer 
   of myocardium was observed during 5-6 weeks of the embryonic development. The diffuse type of distribution of apoptotic cells in other 
   areas of the ventricles was determined. The fast reduction of quantity of apoptotic cells was noted on the 8 week. The only diffuse type 
   of distribution of apoptotic cells in the ventricle myocardium was observed at the end of embryonic and at the beginning of fetal period. 
   The single apoptotic cells were distributed in trabe-cular and compact myocardium of the both ventricles. The stages of formation of the 
   hemomircocirculatory vessels in the subepicardial zone of the compact myocardium and in trabecular myocardium were determined.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of work was to determine the morphological chages in submandibular salivary gland and liver after experimental cadmium 
   chloride treatment. 50 white rats were treated by cadmium chloride in a dose 1200 mcg/| 100 g of body weight during 10 days. The pieces 
   of gland and liver were used for histological examination on the 1, 7, 14, 21, 28 day. The dystrophic changes of parenchyma and stroma 
   of the liver and submandibular salivary gland with different degree of lesion are observed during the cadmium intoxication. The toxic 
   hepatitis was diagnosed, the signs of sialadenitis prevailed in submandibular salivary gland. Liver reacts earlier on cadmium intoxication 
   and part of its functional elements, exactly hepatocytes of the central zone of lobuli, undergo necrotic changes. The character of 
   morphological changes in a liver suggests the influence of surplus of free radicals and insufficient antioxidant defence. The 
   patomorphological changes in organs progress after stopping of toxic treatment.

	<Abstract>
   The psychos stimulators are known to be able to excite catecholamine mechanisms in the nervous system, in particular to increase freeing 
   of catecholamine from presynaptic completions. The purpose of work was an estimation of changes of catecholamine (adrenalin and 
   noradrenalin) in the structures of cerebrum after sidnocarb treatment in the conditions of ex-periment on 48 Vistar rats. The model of 
   the proof pathological state of cerebrum for rats was created by intrastomach intro-duction of sidnocarb in the dose of 5 mg/kg 2 times 
   per a day during 14 days. The concentration of adrenalin and noradrenalin in the structures of brain was determined by flyuorometric 
   method. The frontal area of neocortex, striate body, medialis part of talamus, pons and hypocampus were chose. The accumulation of 
   adrenalin was observed in hypocampus and medialis part of thalamus by the 3rd day, the increase of concentration was on 26,1% and 43,9% 
   correspondly. The considerable increase of adrenalin concentration in the striate body have been determined (on 76,7%) and in the 
   neocortex (in 2,2 times). By the 14th day of sidnocarb treatment the level of adrenalin in the pons was lower on 48,1% that in control 
   animals. Thus, the changes of noradrenalin concentration during the development of experimental psyxosis by sidnocarb treatment were 
   significant and had different character.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of work was to give morphological and morphometric characteristic of the hepatocytes and the blood erytrocytes against a 
  background to determine the state of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system of protection in case chronic cryptogenic hepatitis. 
  Morphological and morphometric liver parameters were measured at the icteris in 5 patients (control – 5 patients). It was found that 
  in patients with chronic hepatitis square of hepatocytes, square of their nuclei have been decreased, their relationship change for the 
  better of cytoplasm. The hepatocytes and their nuclei have been deformed. The modifications of morphological and morphometric 
  characteristic of the hepatocytes and the blood erytrocytes have been determined, drastic increase of the level CD95+ lymphocytes is 
  evidence of the system reaction of apoptosis of the cells were studied in case chronic hepatitis with signs of cholestasis. In same 
  patients with chronic hepatitis of non-virus etiology there were determined changes of area, perimeter and deformity of erythrocytes both 
  on the basis of free radical reactions disorder and antioxidate protection system disorders; it induces us to quest their pathogenetically 
  substantiated treatment.

	<Abstract>
    With the purpose to study of the structural changes of the coats of human testis with idiopathic hydrocele the research of mesothelium 
   microrelief of tunica vaginalis testis by scanning electronic microscopy and histological research of thin sections of testis of 8 
   patients with duration of idiopathic hydrocele of 1-4 years were carried. The coats of testis from 5 patients with cysts of appendix of 
   the testes were used as a control. The abnormal hexagonal organization of mesothelium was determined. The mesotheliocytes are characterized 
   by polymorphic, flattened or cup-shaped forms. The hyperplasia of microvilli of mesotheliocytes was observed. The papillary outgrowths of 
   mesothelium sometimes containing of lymphocytes arise. The stomats through which pumping of the hydropic fluid along tissue channels to a 
   submesothelium layer are revealed. At the early stages of hydrocele a spasm of a precapillary-capillary portion with the interrupted blood 
   circulation is observed being the evidence for the hypertrophy of precapillary sphincters, and also for the widening of venous and 
   lymphatic vessels. If the period of hydrocele is increased, a sclerosis of vascular walls and stromal sclerosis of tunica vaginalis 
   testis with the increase of venous and lymph stasis take place. Thus, the parietal layer of tunica vaginalis testis at idiopathic hydrocele 
   demonstrates the adaptive changes.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of work was to study the changes of morphofunctional characteristics of the testises and adrenal glands in white rats after 
   oneside resection of the testis by the common and the CO2-lazer scalpels. The objects were 57 pubescenced white rats with weight from 140 
   to 180 gramme for the experiments. The false operation was realized by an access to testis (7 rats). The particular resection was realized 
   by common scalpel (24 rats) and the CO2-lazer scalpel (26 rats). The interstitsial edema was considerably more shown in testis operated 
   under the common scalpel on 7 days of supervisions. The «breaks» were met in places of adluminal kompartment of the canals of testis in 
   the rats operated under the common scalpel. The height of the Sertoli cells was multiplied in relation to the control in both experimental 
   groups authentically in this term of supervisions, the sizes of spermatogonies didn’t differ from the control group authentically. 
   The using of the CO2-laser scalpel was showed the minimal trauma and bleeding after particular resection of the testis in the experiment 
   in comparison with the using the common scalpel. The positive morphological changes developed quicker in testises and adrenal glands in 
   postoperative period than in case of using traditional methods.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the current study was the elucidation of the neural crest (NC) participation in the abnormal heart development after 
   retinoic acid (RA) and ethanol treatment. The chick embryos were treated by 0,2-0,25 ml 50% ethanol at 72 hours of incubation and also 
   by 1 mkg of all-trans RA at 15 stage. The macroscopic study of the hearts of the normal and treated embryos, hearts after whole 
   staining for sulfated glycosaminoglycans, the histological and lectinhistochemical study of serial sections were carried. The phenomenon 
   suggesting for the participation of NC in the abnormal heart development was the level of migration of dense mesenchyme originated from 
   NC, its movement was delayed. As a result the dense mesenchyme was located more distal than in normal in both models. The decrease of 
   apoptotic processes in the conus and trunk of the heart, the abnormal development its endocardial cushions as well as atrioventricular 
   cushions were the indirect confirmations. RA and ethanol caused the diminish of endocardial cushions growth, suppressed the synthesis 
   of glycosaminoglycans, mesenchyme cells and cardiomyocytes proliferation. One of the important mechanisms of abnormal development is 
   the changes of the extracelullar matrix properties.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of work was to study the morphological changes in thymus and spleen at experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) and 
   after «Rebif» (interferon β-1a) treatment. With this aim the thymus and spleen of adult rats in 21 and 39 days after initiation of EAE 
   were used. After 14th day induction of EAE “Rebif” was injected subcutaneous in doses: 0,55 mcg daily during 4 days, 1,1 mg daily during 
   3 days, 0,55 mcg each other day during 15 days. The square of correlation of cortex and medullar parts of lobules of thymus, white and 
   red pulpas of spleen was measured, the calculation of cellular composition of thymus and spleen. The researches showed that the 
   destructive and reactive changes develop in the organs of the immune system at EAE which correlate with the changes in the organs of 
   the nervous system. The pathological changes of thymus and spleen after the EAE initiation are related to the demielinization changes 
   in the nervous fibres of organs of the central nervous system. We conclude the influence of the «Rebif» at EAE was immunosuppressive and 
   accelerates reparation processes in thymus and spleen.

	<Abstract>
      The purpose of work - definite of the basic morphological attributes of the secretory apparatus of the atrial cardiomyocytes with a 
    quantitative analysis of a condition of the specialized secretory cells in different regions of the atrium of the rats. The 
    ultrastructural and histochemical methods were used in research for studying the right and left atriums, right and left auricles of 
    hearts, and also interatrial septa of 28 hearts of rats. It has been shown formation secretory granules and their moving from an 
    internal cellular sites to a subsarcolemal zone was realized discretely, the certain portions in groups of 10-25 granules in everyone. 
    Degranulation contents of granules occurs not only in a zone, which lying to a cellular membrane, but also in deep regions of 
    sarcoplasma of cardiomyocytes. The atrium myocardium consists of two subpopulations (types) contractive cells which differ under 
    morphological characteristics. The highest secretory activity characterizes the myocardium of the right auri-cle; the numerical density 
    of specific granules in the left auricle and a free wall of the right auricle was been smaller on average in 1,5 times than in the right 
    auricle; the density of granules in the myocardium of the left atrium and interatrium septa was been smaller in 4 times than in the 
    right auricle.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the work was to study the morphology of the heart and aorta in combined action of irradiation with cadmium and lead. 
  60 Vistar line male rats divided into 6 groups were used. Rats of the 1,2, and 3 groups were treated by a total single gamma-irradiation 
  in the dose 0,5 Gr. 3 months after irradiation they were treated with 1/10 LD50 in 1 ml 0,9% NaC1 chloride cadmium (1,4 groups) and lead 
  acetate (2,5 groups) intraperitoneally during 10 with following 15-day regeneration period. Rats of the 3 and 6 groups irradiated and 
  non-irradiated (the last group was a control one) were treated 1 ml 0,9% of NaC1. In 10 and 15 days the heart and portion of the aorta 
  at the level of valves were dissected for histologic examination. Combined action of irradiation, salts of cadmium and lead causes the 
  increase of vessel index in heart arteries, thickening of aorta walls in rats that suggest that sclerosis of arteries develops. In cadmium 
  intoxication this process accelerates predominantly in the vessels of a small caliber, while in lead intoxication – in large vessels. 
  In both cases this process has reversible character. Combined action of irradiation and lead, irradiation and cadmium induces progressed 
  development of sclerosis of arteries. We conclude that accelerated development of sclerosis of arteries and the aorta is one of the 
  manifestation of potentiating effect of a combined influence of irradiation and heavy metals.

	<ArticleTitle>The formation of structural components of myocardium as a result of searching reaction of migrating cells</ArticleTitle>

	<Abstract>
    The analysis of the migration of cells which are derivatives of the epicardium (CDE) and determination their role in the formation of 
  connective tissue and vascular components of the myocardium was carried in our research. The objects were the hearts of human embryos 
  and fetuses from 5 to 12 weeks of prenatal development. The immunohistochemical markers of endothelium (CD34), vimentin and corresponding 
  primary antibodies (DAKO) and system of visualization LSAB were used. It was determined that vimentin-positive cells in compact layer 
  of the myocardium of ventricle were present in small quantity and characterized by cluster distribution in deep zone of myocardium on 5th 
  week. The single vimentin-positive cells were present in the subepicardial zone of the ventricle myocardium on 5th week. CD34-positive 
  cells showed the high proliferate index in this period. Number of prongs of CD34-positive CDE were determined in trabecular myocardium 
  on 8th week, however, work-ing vessels weren’t observed. The vimentin-positive CDE differentiated in cells of connective tissue of the 
  vessels wall and endomysium in fetal period. Thus, the migration of CDE induces the proliferate activity. Then the differentiation 
  vimentin-positive into connective tissue differon take place and CD34-positive cells develop the vessels endothelium of myocardium.

	<Abstract>
    The aim of the study was the investigation of therapeutic pathomorphosis (ThP) of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and definition 
  of its role as a criteria for effectiveness of induction chemotherapy (ICT). In the context of investigation there were 152 patients 
  with IIIA st. NSCLC, being treated with ICT (102 pts) and without it (50 pts). The analysis of qualitative and quantitative 
  pathomorphological changes in tumors after platinum-based ICT was performed. Patients’ operability in the group with ICT was significantly 
  higher than in control group (72.6% versus 56.0%) that proves the effectiveness of  ICT as a method of induction influence. The ICT 
  estimation has to be complex, that means – the clinical effect should be verified by pathomorphological studies. Under the  influence 
  of ICT in NSCLC noticed the different ThP: 1 st. – 51%, 2-3 st. – 48%, 4 st. – 1% with better response rate in low-differentiation tumor. 
  Being influenced by ICT, the part of viable tumors’ paren-chyma and its proliferating activity has significantly decreased, that is the 
  essential component of further prognosis. The tu-mors’ resectability correlated with the level of its ThP, which serves the basis for 
  necessity of reaching the maximal clinical effect of ICT.

	<Abstract>
    In this work the study of the influence of subcutaneous transplantation of cryoconservated placenta on the experimental acute aseptic 
  inflammation of rat testes was carried. The research was carried on 65 Vistar male rats. The experimental aseptic inflammation was 
  caused by intraperitoneal injection of 5 mg -caraginen (“Sigma Co”) in 1 ml 0,9% solution of sodium chloride. The transplantation of 
  cryoconservated placenta by a single subcutaneous injection was made. Testes were taken in 6, 12, 24 hours and on 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 
  10th day after beginning of aseptic inflammation and after placenta injection. Thin sections were stained by metilen blue. It was 
  determined that on 7th day after the beginning of experiment the phenomenon of edema of connective tissue diminished. The blood supply 
  at the microcirculatory level was renewed on 7-10th day of experiment. The destruction, desqumation, discomplexation of spermatogonia, 
  spermatocytes I and II, spermatids have dimin-ished also by this term. On a 10th day the gradual renewal of cellular layers and wholeness 
  of basal parts of epithelium of seminiferous tubules was determined. Thus, after injection of placenta there is renewal of cellular 
  composition of spermato-genic epithelium in testes with aseptic inflammation.

	<Abstract>
    Until now there were not completely known the causes of ulcerogenesis and chronisation of ulcerous gastric lesions as well as mechanisms 
   of disorders of regeneration of gastroduodenal mucosa at all. The aim of this work was revealing the structural peculiarities of gastric 
   mucosa that led to forming chronic ulcers. There was performed the histological examination of 24 biopsies in patients with mediogastral 
   ulcer as well as the material of autopsies of 18 persons died due to the hemorrhage from gastric peptic ulcer. The biopsy material from 
   curvature minor of gastric corpus in 12 persons without gastroduodenal diseases was control. There were determined the thickness of 
   mucosa, thickness of submucosa, submucosal-mucosal index, height of superficial epitheliocytes and their nuclear diameter, 
   nuclear-cytoplasmic interrelations, volume summary density of microcirculation in mucosa, mitotic index of growth zone of gastric glands 
   using morphometry. Chronic gastric ulcers showed to form in the background of prolonged chronic gastritis associated with Helicobacter 
   pylori. The structural peculiarities wall of a stomach which developed as result of progressing the chronic inflammation and led to 
   forming the chronic ulcers were thickening submucosal layer as well as its sclerosis and hialinization, decrease of volumous summary 
   density of microcircula-tion.
