	<Abstract>
    Majority of the myocardial cells belongs to its connective tissue component, which is built up of endomysial, perimysial and epimysial 
   streaks. Cellular population exhibit remarkable polymorphism – among them are different types of fibroblasts, including myofibroblasts 
   and fibroclasts, mast cells, macrophages, lymphoid cells. All of them product biologically active substances and serve as local 
   regulators. Every cardiomyocyte connected merely to one fibroblast by the dense and nexus type of contacts, which allow mechanical 
   and chemical interactions between these cells. Cardiomyocytes and connective tissue cells surrounded by the intercellular matrix, which 
   consists fibrous and amorphous components. Collagen and elastic fibers make a framework for cardiac myocytes, which has a sophisticated 
   spatial arrangement. Amorphous substance is a polyanionic buffer environment that provides trophic and regulatory processes in the 
   myocardium. Intercellular matrix undergo permanent turnover, synthesis of the fiber proteins comes together with its degradation. 
   Hitherto, myocardium is a multicomponent system that has a sophisticated mechanisms of regulation for the quantitative and qualitative 
   composition of its elements.

	<Abstract>
    In the review the evidence about structural components of microcirculation system in the gallbladder wall and extrahepatic bile ducts 
  in different mammalians have been analyzed and summarized. The study of microangioarchitectonics in gallbladder and bile ducts had been 
  a subject of great number of scientific works, based on various methods. With the advent of scanning electron microscopy more profound 
  exploration of vascular plexuses has became possible. Actual evidence about gallbladder vasculature concerns of the following: 
  gallbladder wall supplied by the vessels of the first, the second and the third orders, that are branching in a network of subepithelial 
  capillaries. Capillaries are more numerous in the areas corresponded to mucosa folds. Thus, in submucosal layer there have been formed 
  the calyx-shaped capillary structures which together with venous and lymphatic components of the wall have made optimal conditions for 
  bile components absorption during cyclic body functioning. The system of the vessels of bile ducts has been organized by the general rule: 
  the external layer of the vessels contains arterioles and venules which gave rise to a capillary plexus of the internal layer. Respecting 
  the absence of local blood supply regulation mechanism, this blood supply schema is able to provide conditions not only for absorption 
  substances from bile, but also to serve for unloading liver vessels in the cases of portal hypertension. Scientific literature analysis 
  has revealed actual general directions of the further microcirculation vessels studying in the structure of gallbladder wall and 
  extrahepatic bile ducts at pathological processes development.

	<Abstract>
    The work is dedicated to the study of expression of molecular markers in squamous cell carcinomas of the larynx in order to improve 
   the diagnostics and to predict clinical course of the disease. Expression of cytokeratins СК34βЕ12 and СК19, oncoproteins p53 and bcl-2, 
   proliferation index (basing on Ki-67 expression) were studied in tumors of different grades in patients with presence or absence of 
   metastases, recurrent tumor, and different responses to chemoradiotherapy. Each marker’s value in diagnostics and prognosis was studied. 
   Particular immunophenotypes which correspond with tumors of high risk of metastasis development (recurrence, possible sensitivity for 
   chemo- and radiotherapy) were established for each tumor. A panel of markers that can be utilized to predict the possibility of metastases 
   development within the first year after radical treatment (oncoproteins p53 and bcl-2 expression), to predict the response to chemo- 
   (absence of p53) and radiotreatment (absence of bcl-2, high proliferation index) was suggested. Received data allows predicting laryngeal 
   cancer’s clinical course, the possibility of metastases development and possibility of tumor’s recurrence, according to its 
   immunohistochemical profile. This study enables to form clinical groups of patients which require more thorough clinical examination and 
   supervision, more continuous and massive therapy, and also groups of patients, in which organ-saving methods of treatment may be applied.

	<Abstract>
    Information of morphometric research of structural elements of the heart conduction system in 20 dying from an acute coronary 
  failure and 40 dying from an acute myocardial infarction with determination of diameter of heart conduction myocytes and area of 
  their karyon is resulted in the article by establishment of by volume maintenance of tissues compo-nents of sinoatrial and 
  atrio-ventricular nodes with the use of computer analyzer of image “Olympus DP-Soft”. In the ex-plored groups both atrophy and 
  hypertrophies changes of heart conduction myocardium, increasing of by volume mainte-nance of stromal component as the display 
  of compensational processes was founded.

	<Abstract>
    The aim of the study was comparative analysis of guinea pig and human bone tissue due to postnatal changes of parathyroid glands 
   morphology. The object of research were structural elements and cellular carbohydrate determinants of parathyroid glands and bone 
   tissue with comparative characteristics of mineral exchange and parathyroid hormone levels. Were used morphometric, histochemistry, 
   lectin histochemistry, biochemistry and immunology metods. Age- and sex-related morpho-functional and lectin histochemical peculiarities 
   of parathyroid glands and bone tissue were investigated during postnatal ontogenesis in human and guinea pig. Correlations between 
   DNA/RNA contents, nuclear volume of parathyrocytes, blood parathormone level with respect to Ca-, P-, and Mg- content in blood serum 
   and bone tissue were estimated. We detected significant reduction of the width cortical layer and osseous trabecules, increased iliac 
   bone mineralization, with simultaneous enhancement of nuclear volume and DNA/RNA content of parathyrocytes in females of groups III 
   (aged 60-74) and IV (aged 75-90). We revealed age-related changes in lectin binding to cellular and stromal elements of parathyroid glands 
   and bone tissue. The data extend our knowledge on the histochemical peculiarities of parathyroid glands and bone tissue during postnatal 
   ontogenesis and under hyperparathyroidism, demonstrate possibilities of lectin application for selective labelling of chondrocytes, 
   osteoblasts, osteocytes and osteoclasts.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the study was to analyze morphological reactions of mitochondrial apparatus of atrial contractive cardiomyocites in 
   rats on the acute myocardial ischemia. Modeling of the acute myocardial ischemia in rats was realized by daily introduction of 
   vasopressin intraperitoneum in dosage 1 Ed of rat weight. Morphological research comprised both light and electronic microscopy of 
   myocardium of right and left atria, right and left auricles, and also interatrial septum. Stereological estimation of several indexes 
   was carried out: the compactness of mitochondria, numeral compactness of mitohondria, surface area of external mitochondrial membrane, 
   compactness of mitochondrial cristae, number of mitochon-drial cristae, surface area of internal mitochondrial membrane, degree of 
   cristae orientation, coefficient of mitochondrial sphericity, volume of mitochondrium, quantitative correlation of types of mitochondria. 
   It was shown that the reaction of different types of mitochondria on development of acute myocardial ischemia in atrial contractive 
   cardiomyocites depends on the structural-metabolic type of mitochondria. Under the acute myocardial ischemia the moderate diffuse 
   reduction of mitochondrial apparatus of contractive cardiomyocites takes place that is accompanied by the prolonged renewal of 
   high-energy mitochondria and causes energetical limitation of contractive function of atrial myocardium.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of research: definition topography and anatomical features a gastroduodenal segment in the fruit period of the person’s 
   ontogenesis. The anatomical trial has bun performed on 56 fetal corpses aged 4-9 months. It has been established that the morphometric 
   parameters of the gastroduodenal segment increase more intensively during the 2nd trimester of the intrauterine development. The angular 
   value between the longitudinal axes of the pyloric part and the body of the stomach changes from on obtuse to an acute angle the latter 
   being conducive to the formation of the angular notch of the stomach. The aboral orientation of the mucous of the pylorus and its muscular 
   layer manifests itself during the 6th month of prenatal development, resulting in the formation of the duodenal sinus. The received data 
   promote adequate interpretation of age features of the gastroduodenal segment and development of diagnostic methods of the person’s 
   ontogenesis in the perinatal the period.

	<Abstract>
    Morphologic changes were studied in liver of patients with HIV/AIDS and comparative analysis was performed of certain structure pattern 
   in patients with AIDS and with persons who were influenced by technogenous pollutants of the environment because of Chernobyl catastrophe, 
   which, among other things, resulted in acquired immunodeficiency. The goal of our work was verifying the pathogenically significant 
   structural changes in the liver of HIV-infected patients depending on use of narcotic substances for argumentation of certain statements 
   of diagnostic and treatment tactics. From 659 deceased HIV-infected patients 80 cases were picked and analyzed subjectively: 60 men (75%) 
   and 20 women (25%). In all investigated cases we performed compete macroscopic (visual inspection, weighing, specification of liver sizes) 
   and microscopic investigation. Pathology of liver was diagnosed in all autopsy investigations of HIV-infected patients with greater 
   evidence in cases where patients had used narcotic substances, which signifies synergic effect of those pathogenic factors on 
   hepatic-biliary system.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the research was an establishment of features of structural changes of the thyme’s parenchyma under influence of small 
  dozes of mercury’s connections and under condition of action of preparations " Thiotriazolinum " and " Mildronatum " in chronic 
  experiment. In researches on white rats, in conditions of micromerculialism and with use of “Thiotriazolinum” and “Mildronatum” thymus 
  was studied with the help of the morphometrical analysis. Definition of cellu-lar contents of the thyme’s parenchyma spent with the help 
  of computer system of the digital analysis of image VIDAS-386 (Kontron Elektronik, Germany). Studied standard morphologies and functional 
  zones of particles: subcapillary, internal corti-cal and medullar. Under conditions of the micromerculialism in various morphologies and 
  functional comportments of the thymus compensatory and adaptable changes are observed both displays of an intoxication, and. Preventative 
  use of “Thiotri-azolinum” and “Mildronatum” improved morphometrical parameters of thymus lymphoid population. At long (10 weeks) 
  administration of mercury chloride small dozes this influence was more expressed.

   biopsional material taken during standard surgical interventions for correction different face and neck skin defects from 100 woman in 
   age from 19 to 73 years was investigated. The skin of face buccinatory region, neck anterior region and head temporal region was 
   morphologicaly manipulated. In morphological assay serial sections were investigated to define the relative volume of HMCB in papillary 
   and reticulate layers of derma, intermediate diametr of underpapillary arteriolar network, venules of superficial and deep underpapillary 
   network, intrapapillary capillaries and basement of intrapapillary capillary loops. It was documented, that age changes in face and neck 
   skin includes changes in structure of intrapapillary capillary loops account of local outspread of hemocapillaries in intrapapillary 
   space and stricture of primary and terminal segments of loops, desorganisation of arteriolar network components of HMCB in papillary 
   and reticulate layers of derma and also damage of the microcirculation drain link account of changes in fibrillar scaffold of 
   microenvironment in region of underpapillary venose network. The state of HMCB arteriolar link depends on hormonal affect of estrogens. 
   Changes in HMCB elicited in the derma of face buccinatory region in woman of 33-40 years, neck anterior region and head temporal region 
   in woman of 41-50 years.

	<Abstract>
    The results of jsteometrics researches with the aim to learn the dynamics, of processing of increase in a mandible under the modeled 
   fractures on the background of a chronic leaden intoxication of and antidotal therapeutic with preparation of “MagnesiumВ6” and 
   “Tetacinum-calcium” are presented in the article. Using Festing’s mandible test, methods of variation statistics and factor analysis 
   the sections that the most brimful characterized the processes, of adaptation mandible taking place. It’s ascertained that changing of 
   the dimension of mandible under the modeled fractures in the control group of ani-mals with using correction preparation is manifestation 
   of adaptation processes during the conversion of the mandible from the condition of immobility to the active functional loadings. The 
   infringement of adaptation and increase processes in man-dible under leaden intoxication is noteworthy. Using as a corrector the 
   preparation “MagnesiumВ6” osteoadaptation proper-ties are marked in both exploring groups. Preparation “Tetacinum-calcium” exerts 
   osteostimulation influense both in control and experimental groups manifestation by this antitoxic properties in the last one. The 
   synergy effect is marked by using the combination of these preparations.

	<Abstract>
    The work purpose is studying of morphological features of a myocardium of mature rats in the conditions of ecology of northern 
   regions Ukraine. In experiment 72 rats of monthly age who have been divided into four series on 18 animals in everyone have been used. 
   The first series have compounded control rats. An animal of the second - the fourth series modelled conditions of ecology of northern 
   regions Ukraine. Concentration of metals which introduced into a water ration was following: zinc (ZnSO) - 50 mg/l, copper - 5,0 mg/l 
   (CuSо) and Ferri lactas - 20 mg/l; zinc - 50 mg/l, chrome - 10,0 mg/l and lead - 3mg/l; manganese - of 5,0 mg/l, lead - 3,0 mg/l and 
   copper - 5,0 mg/l. At rats who received salts of copper, zinc and iron throughout 1 month, the non-uniform augmentation of dimensions 
   CM was marked: in the same field of vision there were specified cages of the different dimensions (hypertrophied and the normal 
   dimensions). At rats who received salts of zinc, chrome and lead throughout 3 months, marked infringement of orientation of muscular 
   fibres, fields of their fragmenta-tion. In the studied fields of vision there was dystrophia CM: contours of cages indistinct, cytoplasm 
   is non-uniformly im-bued, acinose, cross-section striation was not visualised by fields.

	<Abstract>
    In our study we have defined a pattern of intertissue cooperation that forms in myocardium of rat during ontogenesis. The matherial of 
   study: 864 hearts of white rats. For the revelation of proteoglycan carbohydrates we have used alcian blue 8GX by Stidmen, toluidin blue 
   and iron hydroxide. Metachromatic toluidin blue staining was used for determination of dermatansulfate, chondroitin-4- and 
   chondroitin-4-sulfates, and hyaluronic acid. Exposure of neutral components of proteoglycans has been determed by McManus. Determination 
   of NAD-dependent isocitratedehydrogenase, glyceraldehy-drophosphatedehydrogenase has been conducted by Lojda method, alkaline 
   phosphatase – by Mc Gadey method. 
    Two periods of myocardial intertissue cooperation forming were determined in prenatal ontogenesis. First period lasts from 12-th till 
  18-th days of embryogenesis and characterized by the following: 1) stricingly zonality, concerned to presence of the compact, trabecular 
  and a spongious myocardial zones; 2) histochemical and structural gradient from the endocardium to epicardium. Second period, 
  transitional, which proceeds in late embryogenesis, characterized by a decrease in structural and functional gradients in the myocardium 
  of the left ventricle, and a loss of significant histochemical and quantitative differ-ences between myocardial zones.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of research was to define changes of structure of glial intermediate filaments in different departments of a brain of rats, 
   depending on term of an irradiation. For research 30 rats that have been divided into groups have been used, depending on term of an 
   irradiation - 1 day, 1, 2 and 3 weeks, including control group. The x-ray irradiation was spent on installation РУМ-17 in a doze of 
   0, 0129 Kl/kg. A brain divided on departments (a bark of the big hemispheres, a cerebellum, and gypocampus), homogenizing, and 
   centrifugation. Quantity glial and fibrillar sour fiber (GFSF) defined with the help rocket – linear electrophoresis. Under action 
   ionizing low-dose radiations by us have been determined authentic changes of contents GFSF in all groups subjected to an irradiation. 
   Intensity these changes revealed dependence on validity of radiation. Character of these changes in researched departments of a brain 
   was identical. Change of the contents of soluble and sour form GFSF were independent from each other. Thus, the unitary irradiation 
   during 7 day caused decrease in both fractions GFSF in gypocampus and a cerebellum while in a bark of the big hemispheres increase 
   filaments fractions took place within the limits of 5-23 %. The irradiation during 14-21 day was accompanied by increase filaments forms 
   GFSF in researched structures of a brain.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of research: to establish chronological sequence morphometric changes between parameters of a bilious bubble and 
   parietocalcaneal length at fruits and newborns. A morphometric study of the gallbladder on 40 isolated organocomplexes of fetal and 
   newborns corpses in situ have been carried out. Two periods of accelerated development (during months 5 and 8-10) and a period of 
   relative slowing down (during months 6 and 7) have been disclosed. During the 6th month the length and width of the gallbladder and 
   the fetal parietocalcaneal length are linked between themselves by a reliable multifactor regression dependence.

	<Abstract>
    The aim of the study was the investigation the influence of pathomorphological prognosis factors on the results for multimodality 
   treatment of IIIA stage of non-small cell lung cancer, as well as their use for therapeutic strategy optimization. The investigation 
   has been carried out on 262 operated patients who being held the surgical treatment and platinum-based chemotherapy (CT). The control 
   group consisted of 157 patients (77 – with adjuvant CT), the clinical group consisted of 105 patients, who being held the CT before 
   and after the operation. Conducted correlation analysis (to the survival rate of operated patients) defined as a negative prognosis 
   factors the presence of adenogenic histotype and low level of tumor differ-entiation. The positive factor for tumor respectability and 
   patients’ survival is the high level of treatment pathomorphism (TPM), which is the proof of advisability of achievement the best 
   effect from induction CT. Chemoresistance of the NSCLC is the feature for neoplasms with the high level of differentiation and it 
   correlates with overexpression Her-2/neu2+/3+.
