	<Abstract>
      In this work the major features of proepicardium structure, morphogenetic processes of epicardial formation and structural and functional 
    role of epicardium-derived cells have been analyzed. proepicardium presented by protrusions of lateral plate mesoderm (serosal mesothelium),
    located between the liver and venous sinus in avian, and in the region of septum transversum in mammalian; it contains three cell types 
    and proepicardial extracellular matrix. The formation of epicardial layer is a result of the heart tube coating by proepicardium. 
    Epicardial cells (except atrial region) undergo the process of epithelial-to-mesenchimal transformation, resulting in emergence of 
    epicardium-derived cells. Last ones give rise to the next cell populations: smooth muscle cells, adventitial fibroblasts of coronary 
    vessels, fibroblasts of heart fibrose skeleton, inter-stitial fibroblasts; differentiation of epicardium-derived cells into angio-, 
    or hemangioblasts, cardiomyocytes stays controver-sial. Functional roles of these cells consist in their participation in processes of 
    myocardial compactization, septation, forma-tion of endocardial cushions in AV-canal, heart fibrose skeleton, changing the passive 
    mechanical properties of the cardiac wall, looping, differentiation of Purkinje fibers. Future researches will be connected with the 
    defining of species features, their molecular basis and investigation of embryonic potentials of mature cells, differentiated from 
    epicardium-derived cells.

	<Abstract>
    The article shows the stem cells from the point of view of systemic anatomy, where they are united into an entire stem system. 
   This integration shows various advantages for better understanding the stem cells role in the body. Authors, considering functions 
   and action mechanism of stem cells, phylogeny, ontogeny, regulation of functions, explain the base for stem cells system existance. 
   The definition and terminology, age peculiarities, relationship with other systems of organs and differences are offered. The theoretical 
   proof of primary-integrative role of stem system is provided for all other systems in body. Of particular importance is the role of 
   stem system as a link between neural and endocrine systems. The work helps to sistematize data on investigations of stem cells, their 
   entire-system perception, that will ease the goals determining for further research and their clinical use.

    In research studied changes organo- and cytomorphometrical parameters of nubilous rats stomach as a result of influence of repeated 
   gravitational overload and some protection methods from it. Gravitational overload causes changes of macro- and microscopic stomach 
   characteristics notably after 10 day. The methods of protection substantially leveled influence of the hypergravity, particularly 
   combined one.

	<Abstract>
    To investigate the role of NO in glomerular alteration at diabetes mellitus the quantitative analysis of normal, hypertrophic and sclerotic 
  renal corpuscles (RC) was performed in rats with normal and decreased eNOS activity after 14 days, 1, 2 and 3 months after alloxane 
  administration. It was shown that NO deficient increase the rate of diabetic glomerulopathy development and progression. The Relation 
  between altered (hypertrophic and sclerotic) and normal RC reflects the amount of nephrons involved in the pathogenic changes and can 
  be used to prognoses of diabetic nephropathy (DN) development. Analysis of eNOS reserve activity allows to perform the individual 
  strategy of DN diagnostics and treatment.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of research was definition of early microcirculation and hystosrtructure changes in a tissue of a pancreas in different 
   models of an experimental sharp pancreatitis at rats. Used various variants of 2 models: 1) model with in-traperitoneal introduction 
   L-arginin in dozes 3; 4 and 5 g/kg; 2) model with introduction 50 mkl 1 %-s', 2,5 %-s' and 5 %-s' solutions of sodium taurocholat in a 
   channel of a pancreas. Hystologic research and definition of an amylases level in the blood carried out in 1, 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 and 72 
   hours after an injection. The lead researches on models with intraperitoneal introduction L-arginin and intrachannel introduction of 
   sodium taurocholat have revealed a similar orientation in develop-ment of a sharp pancreatitis on dynamics of an amylases level in the 
   blood and on pathomorphological changes of the paren-chyma, stroma and microcirculation in the body. For model with introduction of 
   sodium taurocholat in a channel of a pan-creas are more characteristic gemorragycal displays alongside with inflammatory and necrotic 
   changes which have an essen-tial gradient from the head to a tail of the gland. It is observed regenerative dynamics of amylase’s 
   concentration in the blood condition, of microvessels and the general tissue structure of a pancreas of comparison with L-аrginin after 
   application of sodium taurocholat.

	<Abstract>
    The objective of research was establishment of the histological state of cereblal cortex and spinal cord by means of using thermal 
   trauma and xenographs. Experiments have been made on 24 sexually active guinea pigs with a burn trauma and animals which burn injuries 
   were covered by lyophilized xenographs. Histological specimens were stained with toluidin blue by Nissl’s method, electronmicroscopic 
   slices were fixed with glutaraldehid, post-fixed with tetraokis osmium and contrasted plumbum citrate by Reynolds’. In experiment on 
   guinea pigs there have been investigated histological state of cerebral cortex and spinal cord after thermal injury of skin in the 
   circumstances of carrying out early necrectomy and covering the wounds by lyophilized xenographs. Microscopic and elecronmicroscopic 
   investigations were made and showed deep changes of neurons and vessels bed during thermal trauma. There also has been revealed positive 
   influence of xenographs usage in the course of regenerative progresses and reestablishment of organ structural compounds of central 
   nerve system in dynamics of experiment.

	<Abstract>
    In this work the dynamics of connective tissue cell number in nonvascular stroma have been studied in different myocardial sites of 
   left and right ventricles in rat hearts during prenatal and early postnatal periods of ontogenesis. The materials of study were hearts 
   of 115 white rats. It has been studied 10 age groups – from 14 days of prenatal development to 20 days of postnatal life. Nonvascular 
   stromal cell quantitative density was estimated by calculation of there nuclei count referred to the square of the cut. During prenatal 
   development it have been studied separately the compact layer and trabecular layer of myocardium, during postnatal period – subendocardial, 
   intramural and subepicardial layers of myocardium. Following pre-sent study a quantitative evaluation of the connective tissue cell number 
   dynamics has been evaluated in ventricular myocardium. The most intensive stromal cell number dynamics in the myocardium have been 
   documented twice – at 14-16 days of embryologic development and at first two weeks after birth. The dynamics in connective tissue 
   cells number during prenatal period had more prominent rate in the compact layer of myocardium in comparison with the trabecular layer. 
   This pattern may point to cellular migration from the developing epicardium toward endocardium. At every stage of cardiogenesis the 
   dynamics in quantitative changes in myocardial connective tissue component correlated with myocardiocyte differentiation and 
   microvasculature formation.

	<Abstract>
    From January, 1995 till December, 2002 in Dnipropetrovsk a regional clinical oncological clinic have received treatment 345 patient 
   sick by a cancer of bottom thirds of body and antral part of a stomach. From them 91 patient has been treated by the combined method 
   with application of remote therapy in a mode of an average fractioning of doze in neoadjuvant regimen. Radiotherapy was spent to 
   patients with prevalence of tumoral process Т3N+M0 and Т4NхM0 at absence of contra-indications to carrying out of distant gamma-therapy 
   (absolut stenosis of the gatekeeper, expressed astenia and an anemia, a bleeding from a tumour in the anamnesis). To patients with smaller 
   prevalence of tumoral process surgical treatment was spent. In article the features of spent radiotherapy, its influence on current 
   of tumoral process, results of surgical treatment of patients of both groups, parameters of medical pathomorphosis and their dependence 
   on a degree of a differentiation of a tumour, parameters of lethality about one year are presented and given results of immunohistochemical 
   researches of tumours biopsy of the patients who have received combined treatment. Also the probable interrelation between expression 
   of НЕR-2/NEU and KI-67 with the received direct results of treatment is tracked.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the study is the morphological analysis of a condition of mitochondrial apparatus of atrial contractive cardiomyocites 
  in rats on the chronic opioid poisoning. Modeling of the chronic opioid poisoning in rats was realized during 30 days. Morphological 
  research comprised both light and electronic microscopy of myocardium of right and left atria, right and left auricles, and also 
  interatrial septum. Stereological estimation of several indexes was carried out: the compactness of mitochondria, numeral compactness 
  of mitohondria, surface area of external mitochondrial membrane, compactness of mitochondrial cristae, number of mitochondrial cristae, 
  surface area of internal mitochondrial membrane, degree of cristae orientation, coefficient of mitochondrial sphericity, volume of 
  mitochondrium, quantitative correlation of types of mitochondria. It was shown that the reaction of different types of mitochondria 
  on development of chronic opioid intoxica-tion depends on the structural-metabolic type of mitochondria in atrial contractive 
  cardiomyocites. Under the narcotic poison-ing the moderate diffuse damage of mitochondrial apparatus of contractive cardiomyocites 
  in all atrial sites takes place that is accompanied by the reduction of 2th type mitochondria and oppressions of functional activity 
  of high-energy mitochondria.

	<Abstract>
    To define structural and functional changes of skin in women of different age groups and their relationships in this work intraoperational 
   biopsy material of skin of 100 women at the age from 19 to 73 years, that was taken during standard surgery instrumentations for different 
   defects of face and neck skin correction, was investigated. Skin material of cheek face region, temple region of head and anterior neck 
   region was morphologically processed. To define parameters of microvessels and dermal fibroblasts, thickness of epidermis, serial sections 
   was investigated with the help of morphometry. The range of skin hydratation was investigated with the help of Doppler and ultrasound 
   techniques. It was determined, that involution dynamic of microvessel condition in papillary layer of derma coincides with grade reduction 
   of relative volume of microvesseles bed, that was observed in greatest part in cheek region of face. There is growth of relative microvesseles
   volume in reticular layer of derma in women of older age groups. Microcirculation age changes include structural disorders of intrapapillary 
   capillary loops, disorganization of arterioles in papillary and reticular layers of derma, disorders of venules because of the changes in 
   microenvironmental fibrillar network. Essential structural and functional changes observed in skin of cheek region in women of 33-40 years 
   and in temple region of head and anterior neck region in women of 41-50 years. It accompanied with thinning of epidermis and emergence of 
   keratinocytes with defective tinctorial properties and also grade reduction in quantitative density of fibroblasts and limitation of their 
   functional activity. There is essential correlation between quantitative parameters of microcirculation and marks of age dynamic of epidermis 
   condition and range of skin hydratation.

	<Abstract>
    The peculiarities of esophagus morphogenesis and topography formation in embryos and prefetuses of human being by the complex of 
  morphological methods hаve been studied. Topographical differences in germ of esophagus and respiratory tube was set. In embryos 
  of 4.5-5.0 mm PCL the process of diaphragm formation was observed, which was complete in prefetuses of 18.0-19.0 mm PCL. In embryos 
  of 9.0-9.5 mm PCL the enlarge of circular layer of esophagus muscular membrane was observed; in embryos of 18.0-19.0 mm PCL the 
  longitudinal layer was enlarged. In further development a circular layer thickness was in prevalence due to the thickness of longitudinal 
  layer along all length of esophagus. As a result of condensing interorganic layers of mesenchyma more close correlative intercommunications 
  between esophagus, trachea, thoracic aorta, vagus nerves and serous membranes was set. At the end of prefetuses period the process of 
  recanalisation of esophagus was completed.

	<Abstract>
    Aim – To study the histomorphological changes in cornea of rabbits during the treatment of experimental keratitis by the eye drops based on
   nanosuspension of Silics.
   Object of Research - Eye drops containing nanosuspension of Silics, glucose, levomycetin or ciprofloxacin. Research methods – The 
   microscopical study of histological sections of cornea dyed by hematoxylin-eosin was carried out. To prepare mi-crophotos the “Leika” 
   photosystem and colour film «Коdак» were used. Resuls - The histomorphological changes in cornea of rabbits caused by bacterial keratitis 
   were characterized. The results of treatment of keratitis by the elaborated drops were compared. For all of the groups of animals a clinical 
   progress of disease was in a strong connection with a time of beginning of treatment. Conclusion – It is experimentally stated that suspension 
   of Silics containing levomycetin or ciprofloxacin caused a better healing effect on front epithelium of cornea in comparison with individual 
   solutions of levomycetin and cipro-floxacin. A treatment of bacterial keratitis gives a better result if it begins on second day after start 
   of disease.

	<Abstract>
    The desquamation of endothelium of arteries, small veins and venules, the arteriolospasm and perivascular edematization of varying 
   degrees of severity was established in histological preparations of different brain regions in case of diabetic encephalopathy. It 
   was shown, that variation coefficients of optical density of stained nuclear chromatin of endotheliocytes in the vessels of brain 
   microcirculation were reliably higher in case of diabetic encephalopathy as compared with corresponding indices of control group; 
   this indicated the decrease of functional capability of these cells and the development of endothelial dysfunction.

	<Abstract>
    In our work was spend the research about modification of the protein’s composition from the neurospecifical intermediate filaments 
   in different parts of the red’s brain, which depend on duration actions of the ionisition radiation. To the research traded on 30 reds. 
   It were devided on groups, which depend on fate of radiation – 1 day, 1,2 and 3 week, like the control group. We spending the Rh – 
   irradiation on the putting RUM – 17 in the fate 0,00129 Kl/kg. We was devide the brain on parts ( there are: the cortex, the cerebellum, 
   the gypocamp), homogenize, centrifugize. Nhe quantity of neurofilaments (NF) was defined by the rocket-lineal immunoelectrophoresis. We 
   defined reliable changes of the neurofilaments’s support in aii groups, which was expose by the action of small – fate ionisition 
   radiation. The character of manifestations from this changes determined by the fate of action. So, the support of the protein NF at the 
   experimental reds was not practically differ of control group by the unitary irradiation. The extension of the quantity of neurofilaments 
   was set in the cortex of greater hemispheres, the cerebellum, the gypocamp at the irradiation reds during 21 days. We colligated this 
   changes with polypep-tide 210 kDa.

	<Abstract>
    In this work with the use of different morphological and statistical methods on 28 mature rats macroscopic parameters of skin 
   changes under the influence of pyrogenal was studied. The macroscopic parameters of rat skin were subject of the analysis 
   (body weight, skin weight, thickness of skin, length of skin hairs). The regional features of rat skin structure has been determined 
   not only at microscopic level but also on macroscopic. The skin weight of mature rats with the body weight 150 - 200 g varies within the 
   limits of 24 - 45g (19 - 21% from body weight). The macroscopic parameters of skin have changed already after a single intraperitoneal 
   introduction of pyrogenal. The thickness of skin and skin fold has changed the most active. Thus, the most difference was observed in 
   the portions of skin with the list specific mass was. The maximal increase in thickness of skin and skin fold, as compared to the control, 
   took place at the first introduction. The adaptation mechanism under hyperthermia realized through the vascular structures of derma 
   and hypoderm, by the increase of diameter in vessels of a different caliber.
