	<Abstract>
  The research for analyzing correlations between indices of width of distal epiphyses shoulder, forearm, thigh and shank with central 
  haemodynamic ones in male and female adolescents- ectomorphes, mesomorphs, ecto-mesomorphs living in the Podillian region was held. 
  Definite conformity to natural laws in manifestation correlations accoding somatotype and sex was proved. The majority of reliable 
  correlations in adolescens-ectomorphs of both sexes and male- ecto-mesomorphs were cleared up. On research male-ectomorphs and 
  male-ecto-mesomorphs between all of parameters of distal epiphyses with a systole, diastole and middle blood pressure, power of left 
  ventricle and index of consumption of energy reliable correlations were established. On research female-mesomorphs and female-ecto-mesomorphs
   reliable correlations between of width of distal epiphyses indices and obligatory central haemodynamic ones were revealed. 
   In adolescents - mesomorphs of both sexes between distal epiphyses with the indexes of central haemodynamic as in number so on force 
   significant correlations were not established. Sexual differences of correlations between width of distal epiphyses of forearm and thigh 
   with the indexes of central haemodynamic for teenagers two somatotypes: ectomorphs and ecto-mesomorphs were revealed.

	<Abstract>
    The aim of the study was building up a three-dimensional model of myocardium fragment, visualization of spatial organization its muscular 
  and connective tissue components. The hearts of adult white rats served as a material for the study. Standard histological methods have 
  been used. Specimen staining has been done by van Gison method, phospho-wolframic hematoxylin, and iron hematoxylin by Heidenhein. 
  Based on serial consequential cuts microphotos a spatial reconstruction of myocardium fragment has been built up. Special software have 
  been used – Amira for microscopy. The 3D model obtained allowed to evaluate visually the correlation of muscular and connective tissue 
  components, as well as to render volumetric myocardial characteristics that have been obtained by stereological approach. The model of 
  myocardium could be used in other researches for the demonstration of data obtained.

	<Abstract>
    A research purpose was an exposure of regional features of location of lymphatic vessels in myocardium of man of mature age. Findings 
   will be fixed in basis of morphological grounds of pathological processes which come as a result of violation of microcirculation of 
   myocardium of man. On 17 hearts of people of mature age the regional features of location of lymphatic vessels were studied with the 
   use of injection, macroscopic and histological methods. It is set by us, that the lym-phomicrocirculation river-bed of myocardium of man 
   of mature age answers the construction of myocardium and him con-nective structures. Lymphatic vessels of myocardium, uniting between 
   itself form networks which have three-dimensional orientation. These networks are disposed round the muscle bundles and their orientation 
   often coincides with the orientation of muscle bundles and other structures of myocardium. The loops of lymphatic vessels networks have 
   the forms which can change the architecture in a working heart rounded, rectangular forms. Such structure of loops of lymphatic vessels 
   provides their functional plasticity in a working heart during a systole and diastoles.

	<Abstract>
   The analysis of accordance between morphological and instrumental criteria of involutive skin changes of cheek area is carry out in 
   patients of different age groups with improvement of algorithm of quantitative determination of integral individual skin status. The 
   criteria of involutive skin changes are certain by a quantitative histological and ultrastructural estimation taking into account their 
   diagnostic meaningfulness. The parallel morphological and instrumental diagnostics («Light Check-up») in 100 patients is carry out. The 
   degree of involutive changes for 228 patients on the age groups is determined: I – to 32 years; II – 33-40 years; III – 41-50 years; 
   IV – 51-57 years; V – 58 years and elder. Integral parameter of morphological criteria substantially correlates with the index of 
   biological age of skin (r = +0,69) and with the level of a skin stress tension (r = +0,83) which are determined by «Light Check-up». 
   The most dominant correlation (r = +0,92) is determined between two integral parameters – morphological and instrumental, that allows to 
   conduct reliable reciprocated extrapolation of histological and instrumental data. The most considerable individual variations of degree 
   of involutive skin changes in the cheek area are determined in age from 41 to 57 years which are 70,2% contingent of patients of aesthetic 
   face surgery. In particular, in an age group 41-50 years the I degree of involutive changes are observed at 34,2%, II – at 56,6%, III – 
   at 9,2% women. In an age group 51-57 years the I degree of involutive changes are marked at 10,8%, II – at 54,7%, III – at 34,5% patients. 
   It stipulates the necessity of instrument diagnostics of the skin state for the argument of the individualized surgical approach.

	<Abstract>
    In experiments on Mongolian gerbils the study of neuroprotective properties of the cognitive enhancer Phenibute was conducted. Pathology 
   was studied on the generally accepted model for this type of laboratory animals taking into account the features of the cerebral blood 
   circulation (ischemia and reperfusion). The influence of preparation was explored on the terms of regress of neurological deficit in 
   gerbils with the hemispheric localization of ischemic strokes. A neuromorphological study is conducted influence of nootrop on renewal 
   of nervous fabric in the early terms of ischemia. On the 4th days of ischemia the morphological and functional condition of neurons 
   and maintenance of РNA in them was studied. Some interhemispheric influencing distinctions of Phenibute on renewal of neurons of bark 
   right and left hemispheres were sited. A tendency is exposed to more effective renewals of nervous fabric of right hemisphere under 
   influencing of Phenibute at pres-ence of symmetric hearths of cerebral infarct. Findings can be used for development of rational charts 
   of treatment of pathol-ogy of brain with hemispheric localization.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the current study was to determine the morphological changes in heart chambers and reveal the types of abnormalities 
  depending on the growth retardation of embryo and extracardiac anomalies. The chick embryos of broilers of Cobb 500 cross were treated 
  by 0,2-0,25 ml 50% ethanol at the beginning of 4 days of incubation, embryos were taken in the end of 4, 5 and 7 days. We revealed the 
  following types of abnormal development of heart mostly with retardation of whole heart or its some parts development: 1) without heart 
  anomalies and normal development of embryo; 2) with heart anomalies and normal development of embryo; 3) without heart anomalies with 
  growth retardation of embryo; 4) with heart anomalies and growth retardation of embryo; 5) with heart anomalies with anomalous development 
  of the whole embryo without retardation; 6) with heart anomalies with anomalous and disturbed development of embryo. Most frequent types 
  were a 4 and 6, the rarest – 1 and 3. We suggest that the growth retardation of embryo and exracardial abnormalities increase the risk of 
  cardiac anomalies.

	<Abstract>
    With the aim of conformity and structural features revealing and space organization of excretory ducts of small salivary glands system 
   of human being, the histology of wall of labial excretory ducts is studied, morphometry of their major size is carried out (external 
   diameter, space, width of wall). In the system of excretory ducts of labial gland of human being, the change of size of their external 
   and internal diameter is revealed, which is seen on the cutting and 3-D models such local sharp narrowing and ampula-shaped widening of 
   ducts. The phenomenon of some excretory ducts spiralization together with their siphon structure has been noted. The general tendency is 
   preserved; it is marked by the existence of the greatest pass ability for secretion within interlobular and common excretory ducts and 
   retention areas in the places of their narrowing.  Certain regularity of mutual location of ducts and some chains of hemomicrocirculatory 
   flow. Collector venules are located in place formation agreeably innerlobules, lobules, interlobules. Received morphological results will 
   serve to explaining of the mechanism of the movement of secrete through complect – branching system excretory ducts of the smaller 
   salivary glands of the human organism.

	<Abstract>
    The object of this article - is sdudies the masometric, hystomorphometric chages and chemical compound in normal rat's heart and under 
  the influence of the heavy metal salts in age aspect. We used 72 white rats of defferent age (young, adult and old), who was separate 
  at the 4 series. We modeling ecological situation of the northern part of Sumy region fo the rats of 1-st, 2-nd and 3-d series; 4-th 
  series - was control (intact) rats. We used following dozes of the heavy metal salts: zinc - 50 mg/l, copper - 20 mg/l, iron - 20 mg/l, 
  chrome - 10 mg/l, lead - 3 mg/l, manganese - 5 mg/l. In article has been studied changes of the morphometric parameters and chemical 
  compound of the defferent age rat's heart under influence of different combination of the heavy metal salts during 3 month. We use program 
  "Video Test 5,0" for the morphometric measurement and apparatus C115-M1 for the spectroscopy. Masometric shown that mass of the heart and 
  its part are decrease but cham-bers of the heart are dilate. We observe structural chnges that distinguished diameter of cardiomiocite and 
  its nucleus, level of vessels are decrease but the level of connective tissue is increase. The accumulation of the metals was detected into 
  the myo-cardium. The level of accumulation was depend on the period which we gave this salts. The highest changes we can see in old rats 
  under the influence of copper, manganese and lead, smollest - in young rats under the influence of copper, zinc and iron.

	<Abstract>
    A research purpose was a ultrastructural study of prostatic APUD-system at poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. The electron-microscopic 
  investigation of the endocrine cells of prostate in 6 patients with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and fragments of 3 prostates 
  without a tumour process (control group) was performed. Both the increase of the morphofunctional activity and presence of dystrophic 
  changes of endocrine cells of prostate was found. At tumours, built from dark cells, APUD-cells are in less, contain less of endocrine 
  granules, what in light-cell adenocarcinoma, where their amount is comparative anymore and in a cytoplasm them there is a far of secretory 
  granules.

	<Abstract>
    In this work we compare the main changes in protein composition of intermediate filaments due to ionization radiation actions on old 
   and yang rats. The objects of our investigation were 120 rats (60 old and 60 yangs). They were divided on groups in depend on ionization 
   radiation action duration – 1 day, 1,2 and 3 week, and the control group. The action of ionization radiation was modeled with the help 
   of “РУМ-17” in the fate 0,00129 Kl/kg. Brains were divided on parts (cortex, cerebellum, gypocamp), homogenized, centrifugised. The 
   quantity of glial and neuronal filaments (NF) was defined by the rocket-lineal immunoelectrophoresis; immunoblotting with specific 
   antibodies was used for qualitative changes defining. After ionization radiation action we observed no age features in protein composition
   of intermediate filaments. All changes were due to duration of the ionization radiation action. Main changes in neurofilaments were 
   associated with decrease of 210 kDa subunit. Products of degradation (40 - 48 kDa) of fibrillar glial filaments were observed on the 
   2 week of experiment. There were biphasic changes in glial fibrillar acidic protein in cerebellum and gypocamp of yang and old rats.

	<Abstract>
    As a material for research served 22 white rats in mass of the genecial period of 180-210 grams have served. For studying 
   macro-microscopically features of a structure at damage of peripheral nerves of a skeletal musculature and it mi-crovascularity defined 
   volume of back extremities in norm and after damage of femoral and sciatic nerves, specific mass of skeletal muscles, diameter of large 
   vessels, and as a number of histological parameters of a cross-section-striped musculature and microvascularity. Damage of femoral and 
   sciatic nerves caused by crossclamping of back extremities at level of the top third of hip by means of a haemostatic clamp throughout 
   1-4 hours, and also by a section of this nerve. As the control back extremities contrlateral the parties served. Statistical processing 
   of the received data included calculation of average arithme-tic value, errors of averages and, considering normal distributions at 
   comparison of parameters, used Student criterion. Mathematical processing of the received data consisted in carrying out of the correlation 
   analysis. The morphology of skele-tal muscles and them microvascularity has certain regional differences, at denervation change muscles 
   concern both the struc-ture of a muscle, and its vascular bed. Between a number macro-microscopic parameters of skeletal muscles and their 
   vessels there are the positive strong correlation communications which quantity is enlarged at damage of sciatic and femoral nerves as 
   at a section, and crossclamping.

	<Abstract>
    On 48 rats-males of genesial age in mass 140-210, which have been parted on four groups: 1 group – control; 2, 3, 4 groups – experimental 
   (entered Pyrogenalum in a dose of 3,0 mg/kg once a day throughout the days two and three accordingly) features of a structure of a skin 
   in norm have been studied and at Pyrogenalum introduction. The microscopic sections of a skin received in two is mutual perpendicular 
   planes, dyed by hematoxylin-eosin and Mallory-Slinchenko's method. The obtained quantitative data processed with use of methods of 
   variation statistics. After intraperitoneal introduction of Pyrogenalum in a dose of 3,0 mg / kg of change of a structure of a skin occur 
   in all регионально various sites. They consist in augmentation of a thickness of separate layers of a skin, augmentation of diameter of 
   lead-out ducts потовых glands, edemas of tissues, reduction of density of collagen fibers. To the greatest changes at a hyperthermia a 
   vascular bed of a skin which are most expressed at early o'clock after Pyrogenalum introduction. At secondary introductions of Pyrogenalum 
   of rasping changes in a skin does not occur and for 7 8 days the skin structure is similar to a skin of control group of animals.
