	<Abstract>
    This work analyzes the basic stages of development of the important transient structure in the cardiogenesis - outflow tract (OT). 
  It is the predecessor of aorta and pulmonary trunk, which determines and controls many events of embryonic hearts development: the closure 
  of secundary interventricular foramen, valves formation, aortic vestibule and pulmonary infundibulum development.   The basic stages of 
  normal OT development are reorganization of the aortopulmonary septation complex, rotation, formation of conotrunk transition, aortic 
  vestibule and pulmonary infundibulum formation, the closure of interventricular foramen. The abnormalities of these processes cause the 
  birth heart defects. The late closure interventricular septum results in abnormal establishment of aorta and alignment of ventricles with 
  large vessels. The disputable questions concerning terminology, spatial representation and hypothetical models of OT, sources of an origin 
  continue to remain. The future researches will be connected to neural crest cells contribution to OT transformation, namely their influence 
  on processes of cell apoptosis and proliferation.

	<Abstract>
    A study of the large intestine has been carried out on 24 specimens of human newborns. It has been established that the form and size 
   of the neonates large intestine demonstrated a sidnificant individual variability. The hepatic and splenic flexures of the colon had 
   different relations with the inferior border of the liver and spleen.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the current study was the analysis of the very mechanisms of the heart wall trabeculation and compactization, as well as 
   these processes interaction and their morphogenetic role in the development of spatial myocardium organization. The serial sections of 
   the embryonic human and rat myocardium have been processed with standard histological methods. It has been revealed that myocardial 
   compactization is related to the trabecules internal structure rebuilding. Spatial-directional role belongs to the developing capillary 
   network. Proliferation of the endothelal cells growing into trabecules activates proliferation of cardiomyocites. Therefore, vasculogenesis 
   and myocardial compactization, based on cyclic proliferation of cardiomyocytes and endotheliocytes, are the topologically correlated and 
   phase-synchronized processes.

	<Abstract>
   The normal tissue growth are characterized by two major features: 1) cells stability with the proliferation-death balance 2) complete cell 
   maturation. We propose an express method for the differentiation tumor and non-tumor processes in tissues during the operation. The 
   coefficient of absorption of the tissues with chronic of anal fissure was below 21, adenomas – 26 and adenocarcinoma – 31 on application 
   of γ-quantum radiation 59,6 keV. So, the difference of impulses composition for pathological process was 30%. We suggest that 60 seconds 
   γ-quantum radiation is a new possibility for differential diagnosis of non-malignant, malig-nant tumors and inflammation process in rectum.

    We have determined the correletion between changes in the laser polarimetric images taken from the kriostatic samples of myocardium of 
   the left atrium and the dystrophic changes in person who died from chronic poisoning by ethyl alcohol.The purposed method can be used for

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the current work was to determine the changes of thymus structure of mature white rats after imunofan treatment in a 
  dosage 0,7 µg/kg of body weight. Control animals received 0,9% soluble-sodium chloride. The thymus samples were taken on 15th, 30th and 
  90th day after treatment. The morphometric researches showed the active reaction of thymus with the retardation of involutive processes in 
  organ that was proved with the high degree of statistical validity.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the current study was to define the role of the hepatic mircocirculation in development of pathomorphological changes of 
  the liver after the damage of pancreas in different rat models of experimental acute pancreatitis. The variants of 2 models were used: 
  1) model with intraperitoneal injection of L-arginin in dosage 3 g/kg; 4 g/kg and 5 g/kg; 2) model with injection 50 mkl 1%, 2,5% and 5% 
  solutions of sodium taurocholat into pancreatic duct. The hystologic research of pancreas and liver were carried out in 1, 4, 8, 12, 24, 
  48 and 72 hours after initiation of inflammation. The visible reaction of hepatic mircocirculation in the experimental models of acute 
  pancreatitis was depended on character of pathomorphological changes in pancreas. This reaction demonstrated the phase character including: 
  1) activation of hepatic circulation, first of all in portal component, against a background of pancreatic enzyme toxemia; 2) development 
  of inflammatory, dystrophic, destructive and necrotic changes in hepatic parenchyme together with mircocirculation disorders against a 
  background of pancreatic necrotic toxemia; 3) recovery and adaptation or decompensation processes in mircocirculation system of liver and 
  hepatic parenchyme depending on the degree of pancreatogenic toxemia.

	<Abstract>
    The immunohistochemical researches of parietal peritoneum during perforating gastroduodenal ulcer were made with the purpose to receive 
  the grounds for the carrying out and estimation of medical efficiency of prolonged peritoneal dialysis in elderly and senile patients 
  with diffuse peritonitis. 25 patients from 19 to 85 years were examinated. The prolonged peritoneal dialysis improved the detoxication 
  effect and lead to the reduction of postoperative complications. Adhesive activity of peritoneum in early postoperative period during 
  diffuse fibrinopurulent peritonitis shows the age determinism and turns out to be less expressed in patients of elderly and senile age. 
  Possibility of carrying out of the prolonged peritoneal dialysis in elderly and senile patients with diffuse peritonitis is determined by 
  the tendency to form less of abdominal adhesions, and the medical efficiency of this method is connected with the detoxication. Сarrying 
  out of the prolonged peritoneal dialysis in elderly and senile patients with diffuse peritonitis results in reduction of intraabdominal 
  postoperative complications from 34,3% to 11,1%, respiratory tract complications from 60% to 50%, wound infections from 48,6% to 44,8%.

	<Abstract>
    The quantitative morphological estimation of changes in microcirculatory, connective tissue and muscle-aponeurotic components of the 
   anterior abdominal wall of rats were made after the alloplasty of considerable ventral defect by the polypropylene monofilament net 
   "Prolene". Histological study was carried out in 3 days, 10 days, 1 month, 3 months and 1 year after implantation of polypropylene 
   prosthetic device. 68 rats were distributed in 3 experimental groups: 1) the plasty by pull and approximation of wound edges with the 
   layer by layer wound closure; 2) the plasty by the fixation of poly-propylene monofilament net "Prolene" with the subsequent pull and 
   approximation of defect edges; 3) the plasty by the fixation of net without the subsequent pull and approximation of defect edges. 
   It was revealed that mechanical tension of muscle-aponeurotic layer of abdominal wall during the pull and approximation of experimental 
   defect edges is a substantial factor which increases the terms of scarring, and also causes the permanent degenerative processes in 
   muscle-aponeurotic structures. It is accompanied by the deficit of microcirculatory supplement of structures, the dystrophic changes 
   in muscular fibres, hyperplasia of connective tissue components of muscle-aponeurotic layer of anterior abdominal wall with the most 
   prominent pathological changes from 10th day to the end of 3th month after alloplasty. Application a polypropylene net for the plasty 
   without mechanical tension of muscle-aponeurotic structures optimizes the recovery and adaptation processes during the first 3 months 
   after operation.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the research – to establish the chronological sequence of changes of the ratios between the parameters of the pancreas 
   and the parietocalcaneal length in embryos and newborns. The morphometric researches of the anatomical parts of the pancreas has been 
   carried out on 57 fetal and newborn corpses in situ. Two periods of an accelerated development (months 5 and 8-10) and a period of a 
   relative deceleration (months 6 and 7) have been revealed. An essential degree of synergism and a harmony of development between the 
   morphometric parameters of the anatomical parts of the pancreas and the parietocalcaneal fetal length has been determined during the first 
   period of an accelerated development (the 5th month). It was validated by correlation analysis and reliable multifactor regression 
   dependence.

	<Abstract>
    The morphometric parameters of uterus wall in postnatal ontogenesis of first generation offsprings after gamma-ray exposure of male and 
   female rats before coupling were investigated. The animals were exposured by total fractionating -irradiation in a dose 1,0 Gy. The 
   animals were allowed to couple after completion of irradiation. The thickness of myometrium and endometrium of first generation offsprings 
   were measured on 14th, 30th and 90th day of postnatal ontogenesis. The formation of uterus wall layers in first generation offsprings of 
   exposured animals was impaired in postnatal ontogenesis. We observed structural abnormalities and changes of the normal ratio of thickness 
   of uterus wall layers in different age periods.

	<Abstract>
    Ability of exogenous rhibonucleic acids (RNAs) to penetrate into cells and to cause the phenotypic transformations, changing the 
   character of metabolic process, was the reason for application of RNAs with the purpose of determined action on metabolism of tumour 
   cells. The aim of our research was to study the influence of homologic tumour RNAs on proliferative activity of Guerin’s carcinoma cell. 
   We used the transplantable tumor culture of Guerin’s carcinoma. RNAs was extracted by the method of thermal phenol fractioning. 
   Radiolabeled nuclei index decreased for 40% after exogenous homological tumour RNAs treatment. It was accompanied by the decrease of 
   packing tissues index for 15%. Thus, on the basis of analysis of experimental material we can conclude that exogenous homological tumour 
   RNAs causes the decrease of DNA-producing cells number with the increase of atipism degree of Guerin’s carcinoma cells.

	<Abstract>
    12 white rats of the reproductive period were the material for research. The topography of sciatic and femoral nerves of lower 
   extremities of rats were studied by the method of level-by-level preparation. Femoral and sciatic nerves, their branches are ventral 
   branches lumbar and sacral plexuses. Sciatic nerve was characterized by dispersed type of ramifying (78 % of cases), for the femoral 
   nerve – the main type of branching (86%). The femoral nerve is projected on a medial surface of a hip and in the region of knee joint 
   lies superficially that has a practical value. The rest portion of femoral nerve is located in hard-to-reach areas in the view of 
   preparation and experimental approach. The sciatic nerve is projected on the skin of dorsal surfaces of pelvic areas where it leaves 
   sciatic notch. For more reliable results of experimental research we propose to took into account age, sex, and topographical features.
