	<Abstract>
    In article are described results of own supervision over patients pigmental by the form lichen ruber planus (LP) which is the atypical 
   form of defeat of a skin and mucous membranes. Modern methods of research have allowed the author to approach from new positions to 
   studying pigmental LP and to define a role tissue changes in pathogenesis of dermatosis. By the author it is studied clinical, 
   pathomorphology and immunohistochemical features pigmental forms LP. Under supervision was 10 patients with pigmental form LP. 
   The analysis of results of the lead morphological researches the amazed skin has revealed infringement of processes keratinisation, 
   dystrophic and proliferation changes in epidermis, inflammatory changes in derma, presence except lymphohistiocytes elements, and numerous 
   melanophags with the considerable maintenance of a pigment in cytoplasm. At carrying out immunohistochemical researches by the author it 
   is obtained following data: Significant amount CD68 + cages macrophagals a number in a zone expressed infiltrations of derma, typical 
   granularical cytoplasmatic character of colouring. On the basis of the lead researches it is possible to approve, that diagnostics 
   pigmental forms LP which differs clinical polymorphism, that should be based on complex studying macro-and microscopic picture of defeat 
   in view of specific features dermatosis, that will allow different to approach to questions of purpose of treatment.

	<Abstract>
    Probability of abnormal development is high in certain periods when the increased sensitiveness of embryo and fetus takes place. 
   Influence of damaging factors as maternal infection and, consequently, fetal infection is a reason of abnormal development. Morphological 
   characteristics of heart and placenta were studied during the first trimester of prenatal period of ontogenesis. 17 embryos, fetuses and 
   placenta of 4-12 weeks were used. Abortions were made according to medical statements or maternal willing. The abnormal development of 
   primary leaflets of atrioventricular valves, retardation of fetus growth, abnormal position of organs including ectopic heart, and abnormal 
   limbs development were observed.

	<Abstract>
    We determined the local changes during histological examination of auriclar myocardium in cases of sudden death from acute coronary 
   insufficiency.  In the areas of ischemia the diminishing in 1,5 time of specific volume of  myocardium fibers took place, and also 
   undulating deformation, fragmentation of cardiomyocytes, their loss of striates, hyperchromia and increasing of nuclear size, diminishing 
   of specific volume of arteriolas, spasm and plasma saturation of arteriolar wall, plethora of capillaries from stasis of erythrocytes as 
   «monetary columns», microthrombosis and plasma saturation of  vein walls, increases of specific volume of veins. We suggest that all of 
   these changes may be useful as histological criteria for differential diagnostics of  sudden death from acute coronary insufficiency.

	<Abstract>
    The aim of the research was to investigate the changes of vascular bed of rat heart in the normal condition and under sydnocarb treatment. 
   The materials of our research were 22 rats, which were contained in the conditions of vivarium. By both anatomical and histological 
   methods it was established, that rats have 3 types of supplement, and also delivering and feeding type of vessel branching. The 
   delivering (87%) type of branching prevails in the walls of left ventricle of the heart and interventricular septa, where the diameter 
   of vessels was relatively less, and the amount of branches was 3-4, that suggest the higher intensity of exchange of matters. The feeding 
   type of branching (64%) prevails in the right ventricle and interatrial septa, where the amount of branches of the first order of 
   branching was from 6 to 9. On early stages (to 3 days), after sydno-carb introduction, the change of vascular bed at the level of arteries 
   and veins was accordingly the increase of their diameter on 10% and 27%.

	<Abstract>
    There are a lot of unsolved problems about the influence of electromagnetic radiation on different organs and systems, and also 
   the study of influence of this factor on the biological environments of organism is actual. We have studied the influence of 
   electromagnetic radiation on peripheral blood of normal and pregnant rats. The purpose was to study the changes of peripheral blood 
   cells of  normal and pregnant under the influence of electromagnetic radiation. 10 Vistar female rats of 4-6 month age, mass 180-250 g 
   were used. Animals were distributed on 3 groups.  The first group is the control, second - pregnant females which did not get the sessions 
   of electromagnetic radiation, third - pregnant females which got the sessions of electromagnetic radiation. The sessions were made by 
   the apparatus  «Ramed-expert 02» with frequency 42,3 GHertz, exposition 30 min.  daily, on the region of stomach and pelvis during 10 
   days. In a control group peripheral blood cells did not change substantially. The increase of stab and segmented neutrophils, and 
   insignificant reduction in lymphocyte number in pregnant rats were observed. In pregnant animals which got the sessions of electromagnetic 
   radiation, all indexes remained near the norm.

    The two-factorial dispersive analysis considering the fact and degree of influence of two signs (the scheme of parenteral injection of 
   the cerebrospinal fluid and the ontogenetic period of the beginning of injection of the cerebrospinal fluid) on histomorphometric factors 
   was carried out. The greatest influence of the factor of the age period on signs marked on 7 day of experiment whereas on 60 day of 
   experiment the scheme of injection of the cerebrospinal fluid is defining.

	<Abstract>
    We studied futures of the tibia repair during overhydratation. We made tibia defect for 48 adult rats. Experimental group took "Minirin" 
   (Ferring) for modeling overhydratation. We used hystologycal, morphometric, biochemical, SEM methods for studies of the bone repair. 
   Was detected that experimental rats has disorders in cells ant tissues relationships but this is not change stages of the bone repair. 
   In same time disorders of aqua balance lowers processes of the forming of the new bone tissue. Changes of the organic compartment didn't 
   change mineral homeostasis of the hew bone that detected by SEM.

	<Abstract>
    The main source of epicardium in birds is proepicardium, which is situated on the right horn of the sinus venous, dorsally to 
   atrio-ventricular groove. Recently one more source of epicardium was described, it was named pericardial proliferates, that give rise 
   to the epicardium of the distal part of the outflow tract. But, after proepicardium photoablation, compensatory epicardium aroused from 
   the ventral body wall, caudally to the heart. Thereby the goal of our work was to investigate proepicardium-like structures of the 
   pericardial cavity in birds. Beginning from the 13 stage by HH we observed proepicar-dium-like structures, which in cellular composition 
   were similar to proepicardium. They derived from the lateral plate meso-derm and were situated on the funnel of the anterior intestinal 
   gate, along to one of the vitelline vein. On the 16/17 stage by HH vesicles, containing mesenchimal cells, was budding of from 
   proepicardium-like structures and attached to the heart on the right side of atrio-ventricular groove and ventricular loop. Localization 
   of the proepicardium-like structures in the place, where in mammalian septum transversum (the source of proepicardium in mammalian) 
   forms, and also the possibility of proepicardium-like structures to form vesicles gave us an occasion to suggest, that proepicardium-like 
   structures are homologous of mammalian proepicardium. It could be concluded only after further investigations.

	<Abstract>
    We have reviewed the development of internal relief of 101 human hearts during prenatal ontogenesis. It was used a macroscopic, 
   immunohystochemical research methods, which enabled us to trace the processes of vessel’s development, proliferation of cardiac 
   wall cells, heteromorphy of its structure in various stages of development. The data indicate the involvement of cardiogel, primary 
   cardiomyocytes, as well as mesenchymal cells in the development and statement of the structural components, which form the internal 
   relief of the heart chambers. The process of heart wall’s delamination is a separate morphological mechanism. Delamination plates are 
   embryo material for the formation of tendinous chords, papillary muscles and muscle trabecula. Process of forming of  the internal 
   structures of relief occurs during the prenatal period of 5-20 weeks ontogenesis. One of the first parts of the heart, in which the 
   process of papillary-trabecular apparatus forming occurs, is the atrium’s wall.

	<Abstract>
    The object of the research was to establish a chronological order of the histotopography of the duodenum and pancreas during the 
   perinatal period of ontogenesis. It has been established that the histostructure of the duodenal wall in early fetuses (4-5 months) 
   is characterized by the availability of primary crypts, the muscular layer of the mucous tunic, variable thickness of the layers of 
   the muscular coat and a feebly marked character of the serous tunic; in late fetuses (8-10 months) - by the forming of the villi of the 
   mucous membrane, the presence of transparent goblet cells, Brunner’s glands in the submucous layer and an almost uniform thickness of  
   the layers in the muscular tunic. The lobular structure of the pancreas becomes formed starting with the 5th-6th months of development. 
   Goblet cells occur in the mucous tunic of the interlobular ducts and the main pancreatic duct in late fetuses and newborns. The islets of 
   Langerhans in early fetuses make up 1.2-3.5% of the volume of the glandular component of the organ and distributed unevenly, 4.8-8.3% 
   with a uniform distribution in late fetuses and newborns.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of the study - basing on morphological analysis to estimate the particularities of structural organization of proximal 
   cartilage epiphysis of the shoulder bones in young animals, which were exposed to hyperhydratation conditions.  According to comparative 
   aspect, investigation of histomorphometrical parameters of bone tissue in young animal, that were exposed to water intoxication, was 
   accompanied with oppression of bone formation, namely - narrowing of the proliferation zone (on 3,36 - 6,24%) and reduction in osteoblasts 
   amount (3,33 - 5,37%). The other investigated parameters, change only because of the changes in above-mentioned parameters.

	<Abstract>
    The development of the orbital fasciae and cellular tissue spaces during the embryonic and prefetal periods of ontogenesis has been 
   studied by means of the morphological research methods. It has been established that the said structures develop from the mesenchyme, 
   surrounding the eyeballs germ and optic nerve. The forming of the cellular tissue spaces proceed simultaneously with the development 
   of the orbital walls and the musculo-fascial complex of the oculomotor muscles and roughly takes shape by the end of the 10-th week. 
   In the course of this period certain contents of the spaces and a topog-raphical arrangement of their components were formed.

	<Abstract>
    The purpose of research was the morphological analysis of anterior tibial muscle after direct, indirect and composite revascularization 
   in near-term and long-term postoperative periods. The biopsy material from 144 patients from 25 till 84 years with ІІІ degree ischemia 
   of lower limb as a result of occlusive-stenotic disorders of arteries of femoral-popliteal-tibial segment. Patients have been divided 
   into three groups: 1) 37 patients after femoral-tibial reconstruction; 2) 57 patients after indirect revascularisation with 
   autotransplantation of bone marrow; 3) 50 patients after composite revascularization of distal part of lower limb. The observation was 
   carried out in the near-term postoperative period and in 2 years. Research was carried out in age groups: І - till 34 years; ІІ - 35-59 
   years; ІІІ - 60-74 years; ІV - 75 years and more. Histological and mor-phometric study of  tissue samplings of anterior tibial muscle  
   taken between superior and middle one thirds was carried out. It have been determined that direct revascularisation causes the significant 
   improvement in morphological parameters of muscular, stromal and microcirculate components of  muscle in all age groups during 6 months 
   after operation, however does not provide the stabilization of positive morphological changes in long-term postoperative period. Indirect 
   revascularization  does not change significally structurally-functional condition of components of  muscle in near-term  postoperative 
   period, however causes the stable normalization of parameters of tissue components due to initiation of neovasculogenesis at patients  
   till 75 years. Composite revascularization for these patients allows to receive near-term normalizing effect concerning the studied 
   morphological criteria after operation and to provide its stabilization in the long-term postoperative period.
