	 <Abstract>
      The tissue is suggested to consider as a cell network or lattice with modular structure. The tissue module is named histione. 
    The cell lattices describe like spatial organization of tissues and to be considered as a new biological level which was not 
    taken into account before. Here, the formalized theory of the cell lattice in epithelial tissues is set out. These lattices are 
    to be analyzed by the synthesis of tissue structure computer models. These models are to be cut up and then the cuts of the models 
    are to be compared with the real epithelial sections. After this, the model which cuts according to the real epithelial sections, 
    are to be chosen. It was shown that this new approach has good results for the research of spatial organization of tissues. It has 
    also advantages which the traditional reconstruction by the serial sections has not. It was substantiated that the existing paradigm 
    of the histology are to be changed because now it's the cells which are the research object, but it should be the cell lattices. And 
    when this paradigm is changed, the three-dimensional structural histology is to be created.

	 <Abstract>
      A three-stage algorithm of morphogeny of atherosclerosis is established: overendothelial, subendothelial and unendothelial stages. 
    On the first stage physiological transport of endothelial predecessors and lipid components of SMOPEN (Specific MOlecular Protector 
    of ENdothelium) from lipotkanella to vessel’s endothelial layer breaks due to the set of factors. Due to this molecular protector 
    extends and becomes loosened in its superficial departments, where blood corpuscles get stuck. On perimeter of a vessel SMOPEN becomes 
    asymmetric and fragmentary. As a result pink gelatin-similar plaques are formed. With time these plaques become hyalinizated 
    (overendothelial stage). Because of the block of an output of lipid component into SMOPEN, it gathers in the arterial’s intima and forms 
    lipid nucleus of the plaque (subendothelial stage). Endothelial layer under gelatin-similar plaque disappears because of transformation 
    of its cells into fibroblasts. This stage is accompanied by merge of a blood vessel’s wall with hyalinizated SMOPEN plaque, which ends 
    with it’s fibrotization. As a result the hyalin-fibrous cover for lipid nucleus is formed (unendothelial stage). The increase of local 
    plaque’s protrusion into blood vessel’s lumen results in SMOPEN infarct or through cavitation effect leads to thrombus formation or gas 
    embolism. For preventive maintenance and treatment of these conditions it is necessary to provide sufficient transport of endothelia’s 
    predecessors and SMOPEN’s lipid components, to dissolve reversible gelatin-similar plaques, avoid cavitation, apply pres-sure chamber to 
    removal gas emboli from the fine vessels.

	 <Abstract>
    To establish the role of macrophages in diabetic foot syndrome pathogenesis the morphometric analysis of space-time distribution of 
   CD68+ cells was performed in skin bioptates in diabetic patients with wound healing during 24 days (1 group; n=18), non-healing wounds 
   (more than 1,5 month – 2 group, n=12), and progressive destructive process (3 group, n=15). It was shown that changes in macrophages 
   reaction is important factor in dysregeneration syndrome in diabetic foot pathogenesis. Hyperreaction of macrophages was accompanied 
   with prolongation of wound healing, but anergy of macro-phageal system led to alteration of inflammatory reaction limiting and progress 
   of destructive process.

	 <Abstract>
      One of the key moments of radioiodine therapy, and also radioisotope diagnostics of cancers of a thyroid gland is ability of their cells 
    to accumulate iodide. This ability is provided with activity of the specific transporter – sodium-iodide symporter. Our research has 
    shown disorders of sodium-iodide symporter immunoexpression in all tumors of thyroid gland: from overexpression and absence of plasma 
    membrane expression in differentiated carcinomas, up to weak or actually absent in low differentiated cancers and Hurtle-cells tumors. 
    Thus, there is a prospect of application of the sodium-iodide symporter, as the prognostic marker of thyroid cancers.

	 <Abstract>
    The author has studied the effect of melatonin and a synthetic bioregulator – epithalon for the purpose of correction stress-induced 
   changes of the activity of the gene of “ultraearly response” c-fos in the lateral large cell subnuclei of the paraventricular nucleus 
   of the rat hypothalamus at different intervals of 24-hour period (in the daytime and at night). The expression of the product of this 
   gene – protein c-fos in animals kept under normal conditions of alternating illumination and darkness demonstrated a clear-cut circadian 
   pattern (with a higher level by day). The diurnal index of the c-fos content in the animal lateral large cell subnuclei of the 
   paraventricular nucleus is lower by 33,0%, under conditions of light stress, whereas the nocturnal one approximated to the control values. 
   An injection of melatonin (0,5 mg/kg) to light-stressed animals re-flected at 02.00 p.m. hundred by exceeding the index of the c-fos 
   protein in the animal lateral large cell subnuclei of the paraventricular nucleus almost two fold compared to the experimental findings 
   on stressed animals without hormone intro-duction, as well as by a normalization of the circadian dynamics of the expression of the gene 
   under study. An augmentation of the index of the c-fos protein concentration was disclosed in the structure upon using tetrapeptide 
   epithalon (0,5 mkg/kg) at night in relation to individuals with epiphysial hypofunction without undergoing experimental therapy with 
   epithalon. No such effect was fixed at night.

	 <Abstract>
    Peculiarities of protein р53 expression in rat thymus with experimental diabetes mellitus were investigated and discussed in experimental 
   work. Investigations were carried out on 28 male rats Vistar line 5-6 months of age. Experimental diabetes mellitus was designed by 
   intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocyn (SIGMA, USA) at dose 50 mg/kg one time. Method of double immunofluorescence with usage of 
   rat monoclonal anti-p53 and anti-СD4 antibodies was used for revelation of p53. Structure of a thymus was analyzed with the help of 
   software VIDAS. Control animals showed an increase of p53+-cells quantity in thymus cortical zone by 58% as compared with medullar zone. 
   Even so immature forms of p53+-cells – big lym-phocytes and p53+-lymphoblasts prevailed in population of p53+-cells of both thymus 
   cortical zone and medullar zone. It has been established that development of experimental diabetes mellitus was accompanied by increase 
   in number of p53+-cells and concentration of protein р53 in thymus cortical zone in the absence of any changes in medullar zone.

	 <Abstract>
   In 76 rats with alloxan diabetes the relation between heart remodeling and sensitivity to angiotensin II was established. After 14 days, 
   1, 2 and 3 months the sensitivity of Angiotensin1 receptors was estimated by in vitro test with induced aggregation of platelets. The 
   body and heart mass, volume and thickness of heart ventriculi were measured. The individual peculiarities of Angiotensin1 receptors 
   expression and their role in determination of heart state during diabetes were shown. The hypersensitivity of Angiotensin1 receptors was 
   associated with early myocardial hypertrophy with next dilatation of ventriculi with decrease of their wall thickness.

	 <Abstract>
    Results of the radiostructure research of reparative osteogenesis of the mandible on a background the lead poisoning and conducted 
   antitoxic correction are presented in the article. It’s determined that the base crystal phase of the mandible regenerate are presented 
   by hydroxyapatite with special diffracted reflexes. The parameters of elementary crystal cell in hy-droxyapatite are less then the same 
   parameters in mother bone. During the correction processes with remedy Mg B6, it possi-ble to notice the entry of Mg B6 to the new 
   crystal lattice.During the lead poisoning, parameters of the hydroxyapatite lattice are increased, so  the lead’s entry to the lattice 
   is possible. MgB6 can stop this process. The remedy Tetacinum Ca together with MgB6 can decrease the impression of the crystal phase.

	 <Abstract>
    To estimate objectively vessels network remodeling in duodenal mucosa after ulcer bleeding the morphometric analysis of marginal ulcer 
   zone biopsies was performed in 32 patients. It was shown that reparation is accompanied with chronic inflammation and acute alteration 
   of microcirculation. Injection hemostasis led to enhancement of microcirculation, development of edema and ischemic alteration of mucosal 
   tissues. Acute neutrophilic infiltration during 1 day was changed on 3 day with granular tissue development and angiogenesis stimulation. 
   Intensification and prolongation of angiogenesis paral-leled with lymphocytes infiltration after 7 days resulted to villi dysmorphogenesis 
   and changes in cellular content of intestinal epithelium.

	 <Abstract>
      The data of the morphological investigations of the endothelium of the heart valves at inflective endocarditis are shown in this 
    article. Is determined that the structural reorganization of endothelial cells is revealed as destructive and as dystrophic changes. 
    The exposed appropriates show that destructure of the endothelial lining integrity is the main pathogenic link in the inflectional 
    endocarditis origin.

	 <Abstract>
      The purpose of the current study was to study the dynamics of the morphometric parameters of the body of female athletes, engaged in 
    badminton. Female athletes aged from 10 to 17 years (n=40) were examined. The next morphometric indices: the height, weight, the body 
    fat mass, the circumference of thorax, the leg length, the pelvic sizes were measured. At the process of occupation of badminton female 
    athletes showed the reduction of body fat mass from 18,55±1,64% in age 10-11 age to 16,80±1,08% in age 16-17 age. The examination of 
    indexes correlation of length of lower extremity toward height, correlation of interacromial size toward intertrochanter size, 
    correlation of sum of pelvic sizes toward height on levels revealed the increase of length of lower extremities and interacromial size, 
    and also the delay of pelvic development in female athletes, engaged in badminton, that was the morphometric signs of primary estrogen 
    insufficiency and the result of influence of the physical loadings on the organism of female athletes, engaged in badminton.
