	<Abstract>
   Large interneurons of cerebellar cortex are described. Golgi Cells lie mostly in vestibulocerebellum. Their dendrites contact with 
   parallel fibers and mossy fibers, axons terminate in glomerules. Golgi Cells inhibit granule cells and induce their synchronic rhythmic 
   activity. Lugaro Cells lie in horizontal plane under ganglionic layer, form clasters and more frequent in paleocerebellum. Dendrites 
   contact with collaterals Purkinje and basket cells axones; axones terminate on basket and stellate cell. Lugaro Cells stimulate Purkinje 
   Cells by inhibiting of inhibitory stellate and basket cells. Candelabrum Cells are inhibitory interneurons which lie between Purkinje 
   cells bodies. Axon forms horizontal branches in parasagittal plane in molecular layer, and vertical ones which resemble candelabrum. 
   Unipolar brush cells – excitatory interneuron of the cerebellum, form system of intrinsic mossy fibers. Single axon forms numerous 
   brush-like branches – dendrioles, which end in one common glomerules, axon collaterals terminate in another one. Synamortic neurons 
   contact with neurons of cerebellar nuclei and another region of the cortex. Perivascular neurons regulate local blood flow.

	<Abstract>
   The aim of the present work was the study of tumor tissue alteration after new antineoplastic substance administration in comparison 
   with widely investigated 5-fluorouracil. White rats bearing Plisse lymphosarcoma, sarcoma 45, Walker carcino-sarcoma, sarcoma 180 were 
   used in the study. Pieces of tumor tissue were fixed in 10% neutral formaldehyde and processed using standard procedure. Histological 
   slides were stained by hematoxylin and eosin method, van Gieson, Mc Manus, Feulgen and Picro-Mallori methods. Apoptotic markers p-53 
   and bcl-2 were detected using immunohistological method. Apoptotic index, mitotic index, comparative area of necrotic tissue estimation 
   have been carried out. The unidirectional changes of experimental tumor tissue, the significant tumor growth inhibition, alteration, scar 
   tissue formation, blood circulation disturbances due to FP-8 and 5-fluorouracil administration were shown.

	<Abstract>
   Aim of our research was to investigate quantitative value of parameters of chicken heart on 15 day of incubation during diastole. 
   This work was achieved by the use of serial histological sections of the embryonic heart, which were traced and put into 3 Dimensional 
   reconstructive program, where we estimated additional stereometric values, which were used for further statistical analysis. Diastole 
   was modeled with the use of KCl solution. It was received a 3 dimensional computer model of the chicken embryo heart during diastole, 
   which was composed of models of separated units (left ventricle cavity, right ventricle cavity, atrium cavity, myocardium of both 
   ventricles, subepicardium). In current work we marked a certain group of parameters for further analysis on different stages in embryonic 
   development during systole and diastole.

	<Abstract>
   The aim of the paper is the morphometry of lymphoid aggregations of small intestine. The linear dimensions of small intestine 
   peyer’s patches of white outbred male rats (quantity, length, width, the distance between them, diameter and length of small 
   intestines, surface area of peyer’s patches and inner surface of small intestine) in different age groups have been investigated. 
   Changes in quantity of rats’ lymphoid tissue in small intestine depend on activity of peripheral organs of immune system in different 
   age periods. The length, diameter and area of internal surface of small intestine are in direct proportion to the mass of the animal. 
   The distance between Payer's patches depends inversely on the quantity of the patches in all the age groups of animals. The number 
   and sizes of Payer's patches increase and reach their maximum in experimental rats of the third group. The least size of Payer's patches 
   is observed in animals of the fifth group.

	<Abstract>
   The goal of our research was to estimate the morphological features of respiratory tract condition, which develop under influence of 
   intraoperational infusion of refortan and perftoran in oncological patients. It was used the material from 24 patients, died in early 
   postoperative period after pneumonectomy for the reason of lung cancer. During intraoperational infusion therapy in 12 died patients refortan 
   in dosage 5 ml/kg has been used, in other 12 cases perftoran in dosage 3 ml/kg has been used. Morphological analyze was performed with the 
   help of electron microscopy, morphometrical and standard statistical methods. In cases with perftoran use it was observed both damages of 
   aerohematic barrier structures and increased emission of osmiophilic substance by alveolocytes into the alveolar cavity. The last phenomenon 
   has been estimated by us as a compensatory reaction directed on maintenance of respiratory function. In patients with refortan treatment 
   changes in respiratory tract condition were realized in complex of ‘dystrophic’ and destructive processes with less compensatory reaction.

	<Abstract>
   The quantitative and qualitative adjectives of erythrocytes were studied in 25 athletes of triathlon and biathlon during long physical 
   loads. The activity of G-6-PDG and GR in erythrocytes was studied. The amount and morphological form of erythrocytes changes during 
   adaptation to significant physical loadings. The activities of G-6-PDG and GR reduced. The quantity of G-SH decreased. These shifts were 
   less expressed at good adaptation and it is possible to use them as criterion of a degree of a high class athletes adaptation.

	<Abstract>
   To define structural and functional changes of skin in women of different age groups with an additional internal pathology in this 
   work intraoperative biopsy material of skin of 105 women at the age from 20 to 75 years, that was taken during standard surgery 
   instrumentations for different defects of face skin correction, was investigated. Skin material of cheek face region was morphologically 
   processed. To define parameters of microvessels, serial sections was investigated with the help of morphometry. It was determined, that 
   involution dynamic of microvessel condition in papillary layer of derma coincides with grade reduction of relative volume of microvessels 
   bed. There is growth of relative microvessels volume in reticular layer of derma in women of older age groups. Microcirculation age 
   changes include structural disorders of intrapapillary capillary loops, disorganization of arterioles in papillary and reticular layers 
   of derma, disorders of venules because of the changes in microenvironmental fibrillar network. It is typical at the patients with nicotinic 
   dependence, ischemic heart disease, hypertonic disease, a diabetes, and also adiposity of a different degree essential infringement of 
   microvessels bed structure of a skin that gives the basis for allocation of the given contingent of patients as group high intraoperative 
   and postoperative risk at carrying out of operative interventions for correction of face skin involutive changes.

	<Abstract>
    With the purpose to study the phenomenon of erythrocyte migration into the endocardial structures of the embryo heart the serial 
    sections of chick embryos of white leghorn and Cobb 500 cross on 68, 72, 76, 80 and 96 hours of incubation were studied in light 
    microscope. Erythrocytes, freely arranged in the cardiac jelly of conotrunkal cushions, were a frequent finding on 72 hours 
    (stage 20 by V.Hamburger, H.L.Hamilton, 1951). Endocardially disposed erythrocytes were adjoined to transformed endothelial cells which 
    started to migrate into the cardiac jelly. Morphological pictures show that erythrocytes migrate via diapedesis through endocardail 
    endothelium. Erythrocytes were also encountered distant from endocardium, sometimes close by the myocardium of conotrunkal region. 
    These erythrocytes may get to the cardiac jelly by another way. The pictures of deformation of erythrocytes observed in the cardiac 
    jelly show the further dying of these cells. If the incubation time was less than 72 hours, and later, on 76 and 80 hours of incubation, 
    erythrocytes were rarely found in the cardiac jelly of endocardial cushions. We consider the investigated phenomenon is determined by a 
    transient, expected in certain stages, status of endocardial endothelial cells, which may relate with epithelial-mesenchymal 
    transformation.

	<Abstract>
   The goal of the current research was to estimate the kind of morphological changes in testicles of white rats in chronic hyperthermia 
   of medium degree. The testicles of senior rats, which were exposed to the temperature of 42,0-43,1°C for 5 hours daily during 60 days 
   (medium-degree hyperthermia), served as the material for the research. The serious damages of spermatogenesis occur in testis of 
   experimental animals by influence of common hyperthermia of middle stage, that caused by layer’s necrosis of spermatogenesis epithelial 
   cells. Don’t mention on common pathogenesis changes in structure organization of seminiferous tubules plots stay with little changes in 
   substations, that supply update processes of spermatogenesis.

	<Abstract>
   The possibilities to prevent the evolution of structural changes caused by secondary damage after traumatic brain injury by means of gene 
   therapy aimed at the induction of apoE2 synthesis in brain tissue were studied. Traumatic brain injury in rats was inflicted under an overall 
   anesthesia by free falling load weighing 450 g, falling from a 1.5 m elevation. The mixture of DOTAP liposome and 25 μg of plasmid vector 
   pCMV•SPORT6 with cDNA of APOE2 gene was infused intraventricularly. At day 10 after traumatic brain injury the histological examination of 
   brain tissue was performed. Cationic liposome-mediated APOE2 gene transfer protected the brain parenchyma and vascular system and prevented 
   the evolution of secondary injuries in damaged brain.

	<ArticleTitle>Interrelation of proepicardium, proepicardium-like structures and septum transversum on early stages of prenatal ontogenesis of Cobb 500 hens</ArticleTitle>

	<Abstract>
   Proepicardium is multipotential temporal embryonic structure wich is the source of many cellular populations of heart, but derivation of 
   some of them is still under debate. In understanding of this problem it is very important to imagine interconnections between proepicardium 
   and neighbor mesenchymal structures, such as septum transversum and proepicardium-like structures. Thus, the goal of our research was to 
   reveal interconnection between abovementioned elements; to describe the features of septum transversum and proepicardium-like structures in 
   birds. We used Cobb 500 chick embryos as a material; on the basis of pictures of serial sections, with the help of Photoshop CS2, Amira for 
   microscopy 5.0, 3ds max 8.0 computer programs, three-dimensional models of proepicardium, proepicardium-like structures, heart and septum 
   transversum on 17 stage of development by Hamburger-Hamilton (HH) were made. Proepicardium-like structures, beginning from 16 stage by HH, 
   were connected with proepicardium, septum transversum and, from 17 stage by HH, - with mesenchyme of right body wall. Proepicardium-like 
   structures and septum transversum appeared as symmetrically structures, but their right components developed more actively. On the 17 stage 
   by HH in apical part of septum transversum it were observed apoptotic cells; on the same stage in the basis of proepicardium was situated the 
   liver bud. Sometimes, from 14 to 17 stages by HH, in septum transversum localized blood islands.

	<Abstract>
   The aim of the research was to study the distribution of lectin receptors on the surface of the mucous membrane of large intestine of 
   intact rats and to find out the kind of changes in their distribution in prolonged hypergastrinaemia and in introduction of multiprobiotics 
   «Symbiter® acidophilic» and «Apibact®».. The research was carried out on 37 male white rats of Wistar line weighting 160-200 g. The rats 
   received «Omez®» (reactant - omeprasolum) intraperitoneally in the dosage of 14 mg/kg once a day during 28 days. The data showed the 
   specificity of lectin binding to the structural components of the wall of large intestine. In «Omez®» introduction we observed the changes 
   of lectin receptors cytotopography of structural components of mucous, muscular and serous layers of large intestine. The group of animals 
   receiving «Apibact®» and «Omez®» had the lectin receptors cytotopography similar to that of the control group with some differences. In the 
   introduction of «Symbiter® acidophilic» and «Omez®» the lectin receptors cytotopography gradually approach to that of the control group.

	<Abstract>
   The purpose of the current study was to reveal immunohistochemical features of derma and epidermis in the edema stage of localized 
   scleroderma using markers: CD3, CD8, CD20, CD79α, CD68, CD1α, CD34, CD105, SMA, vimentin, eNOS, Ki67, collagen IV, bcl2, caspase 3. 
   T-lymphocytes (20-40%), among last supressors, and the immature forms of B-lymphocytes (20-40%) prevail in perivascular infiltrates and 
   mononuclear accumulations around the appendages of skin during this stage. There are macrophages in infiltrates (to 30%). Activity of 
   eNOS in endothelium of vessels is increased. The CD105 synthesis was observed in dermal dendrocytes, immune cells of infiltrates and in 
   single macrophages. The latters give the most number of CD105+ among immune cells. Amount of CD34+ dendrocytes was reduced, in the same 
   time Lanhgergan’s cells (CD1α+), vimentin+ and SMA+ of dendrytic cells was multiplied. The change of cellular composition was more 
   substantial in areas round the appendages. The active immune inflammation leads to the local promoted proliferation and apoptotic 
   activity, and similarly to activation of the antіapoptotic programs. Thus, the edema stage of localized scleroderma is related to the 
   most active changes both from the side of the immune system and by local alterations of skin tissues.

	<Abstract>
   The aim of the research was to carry out the studying of state of rat nephrons and atrial myocardium in conditions of subacute effect of 
   sydnocarb and in its combination with aminazine and sulpiride. In conditions of subacute effect of sydnocarb ultrastructural attributes 
   of an exhaustion of secretory apparatus of cardiomyocytes mainly in structure of the right auricle and right atrium in a combination with 
   compensative phenomena in structure of a left atrium and the left auricle myocardium are observed. Deep decompensation of secretive 
   functions of atrial cardiomyocytes occurs on a background of alienation from regulatory influences on the part of Golgi apparatus. Thus 
   are marked essential pathomorphological changes in structure of vascular and epithelial components of renal corpuscle, and also 
   infringement tinctorial properties of cells of nephron canaliculi. The use of neuroleptics (aminazine in a doze of 5 mg/kg and sulpiride 
   in a doze of 100 mg/kg) during the first week of subacute effect of sydnocarb (5 mg/kg) moderate increase of numerical density of atrial 
   granules in structure of the right auricle and right atrium with the further preservation secretory activity of cardiomyocytes in 14 day 
   of experiment are observed. Thus in structure of kidneys attributes of moderate increase filtrational and reabsorbtive activity of nephrons 
   with preservation of the general tissue structure of renal cortex and medulla are marked.

	<Abstract>
   The goal of the current research was to find out the correlation of bone marrow aspirate morphological features, VEGF expression level 
   in the ischemic muscular tissue and VEGF concentration in blood after bone marrow autotransplantation during indirect and composite 
   revascularization in patients with chronic lower limb ischemia of the III degree. Tissue samplings of 107 patients aging from 25 to 84 
   years were studied. Bone marrow autotransplantation into the anterior group of shin muscles was performed on 57 patients to stimulate 
   vasculogenesis. 50 patients had a composite revascularization of the distal portion of the limb – a plastic operation on the arteries of 
   shin and simultaneous indirect revascularization. The data show that carrying out automyelotransplantation as an independent procedure of 
   indirect revascularization and as a component of composite revascularization causes considerable increase of VEGF blood factor 
   concentration in 6 and 12 months in patients of all the age groups except those of an old age. This process is accompanied by activation 
   of VEGF expression in muscular tissue of ischemic portion starting from the 3rd month after revascularization with further stabilization 
   of synthesis in the long-term postoperative period. Only when patients are older than 75 the changes in VEGF expression lack positive 
   character. The intensity of VEGF synthesis stimulation is related essentially to the properties of the bone marrow aspirate. 
   The stimulation of synthetic activity takes place to the utmost when automyelotransplantation is performed on the patients of young and 
   mature age, to a lesser degree when patients are of middle age. In the patients of 75 years and older the effect of using of bone marrow 
   aspirate during the direct or composite revascularization is not revealed.
