	<Abstract>
Last decade in Ukraine and many countries there is a clear tendency to
increase the number of cases of pancreatic diseases. For more than century
study of the pathogenesis of chronic pancreatitis it has been proposed many
hypotheses. Some of them were eventually dismissed, partially confirmed by
other clinical and experimental research. Significant progress in
understanding the process of fibrosis in the pancreas is associated with
the identification, isolation and description of pancreatic stellate cells.
They present in periacinar space and have long cytoplasmic processes covered
the basis of acinus. This cells can be changed from stable fat-storing to
miofibroblastic phenotype. Pancreatic stellate cells perform a wide range of
functions, they have the ability to contraction, proliferation, they can
synthesize extracellular matrix components and influence on the surrounding
cellular environment. These cells can be regarded as a morphological basis
for the development of pancreatic fibrosis. Currently, for the treatment of
chronic pancreatitis, the main therapy is directed on depression of secretory
activity of pancreas and inactivation biogenic amines in blood. Treatment of
chronic pancreatitis should aim to influence the key mechanisms of
pancreatic stellate cells activation and proliferation. Understanding the
biology of this cells can open potential therapeutic targets for treatment
and prevention of chronic pancreatitis and other diseases accompanied by
    pancreatic fibrosis.

Used various variants of 2 models: 1) model with intraperitoneal
   introduction L-arginin in dozes 3; 4 and 5 g/kg; 2) model with introduction
   50 mkl 1 %-s', 2,5 %-s' and 5 %-s' solutions of sodium taurocholat in a
channel of a pancreas. Hystologic research and definition of an amylases
level in the blood carried out in 1, 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours after an
injection. The lead researches on models with intraperitoneal introduction
L-arginin and intrachannel introduction of sodium taurocholat have revealed
a similar orientation in development of a sharp pancreatitis on dynamics of
an amylases level in the blood and on pathomorphological changes of the
parenchyma, stroma and microcirculation in the body. For model with
introduction of sodium taurocholat in a channel of a pancreas are more
characteristic gemorragycal displays alongside with inflammatory and necrotic
changes which have an essential gradient from the head to a tail of the
gland. It is observed regenerative dynamics of amylase’s concentration in
the blood condition, of microvessels and the general tissue structure of a
pancreas of comparison with L-аrginin after application of sodium taurocholat.

	<Abstract>
To define structural and functional changes of skin capillaries in women of
different age groups in this work intraoperational biopsy material of skin of
205 women at the age from 19 to 75 years, that was taken during standard
surgery instrumentations for different defects of face and neck skin
correction, was investigated. Skin material of cheek face region, temple
region of head and anterior neck region was morphologically processed. To
define parameters of dermal capillars and spatial reconstruction of
intrapapillary capillary loops, serial sections was investigated with the
help of morphometry. It was determined, that microcirculation age changes
include structural disorders of intrapapillary capillary loops. Essential
structural and functional changes observed in skin of cheek region in women
of 33-40 years and in temple region of head and anterior neck region in women
of 41-50 years. It is typical at the patients with nicotinic dependence,
ischemic heart disease, hypertonic disease, a diabetes, and also adiposity
of a different degree essential infringement of microvessels bed structure
of a skin that gives the basis for allocation of the given contingent of
patients as group high intraoperative and postoperative risk at carrying out
of operative interventions for correction of face skin involutive changes.

	<Abstract>
Despite intrinsic capacity of peripheral nerves to regenerate, functional
outcomes of peripheral nerves injury remain poor. Nerve ischemia,
intra-/perineurial fibrosis and neuroma formation contribute a lot to that.
Several authors demonstrated beneficial effects of increased vascularization
at the site of injury on peripheral nerves regeneration. The use of highly
vascularized autologous tissues (greater omentum) as a source of peripheral
nerves neovascularization shows promising results. We proposed a surgical
technique in which injured peripheral nerves anastomosis was wrapped in a
pedicled muscular flap and performed morphological assessment of the efficacy
of such technique with the aid of immunohistochemistry. 14 rats (which
underwent sciatic nerve transection) were operated according to proposed
technique. Another 14 rats, in which only end-to-end nerve anastomosis
(without muscular wrapping) was performed served as controls. Morphological
changes were evaluated at 3 weeks and 3 months periods. Higher blood vessel
and axon counts were observed in experimental groups at both checkpoints.
There was also an increase in Schwann cells and macrophages counts, and less
collagen content in peripheral nerves of experimental groups. Axons in
neuromas of experimental groups showed a higher degree of arrangement. We
conclude that proposed surgical technique provides better vascularisation of
injured peripheral nerves, which is beneficial for nerve regeneration.

	<Abstract>
The purpose of investigation is studying the character and leading mechanisms
of reproductive system pathology at women athletes are training by lifting
and taekwondo. The object of research was the medical control at women are
training in lifting and taekwondo. The results of the research have shown
that the physical and psychoemotional overexertion with restriction of eating
lead to adrenocorticotropic horomon considerable quantity emission which
stimulates suprarenal glands and cause the development of hyperanrogenemy and
ovaries functions depression. The athletes have more frequent menstrual cycle
disturbances such as opsomenorrhea, oligomenorrhea and algodysmenorrhea.
Typically there are changes of indices of physical development, appearance
the symptoms of psychological masculinithation, hirsutism and secondary
   ovaries disturbance.

	<Abstract>
The purpose of the current study was to reveal immunohistochemical features
of derma and epidermis in the late stage of localized scleroderma using
   markers: CD3, CD8, CD20, CD79α, CD68, CD1α, CD34, CD105, αSMA, vimentin,
eNOS, Ki67, collagen IV, bcl2, caspase 3. It was determined that as far as
inflammatory processes weakens there are the followings changes in
mononuclear infiltrates: partial substitution of T-limphocytes on B,
predominance of mature B-lymphocyles, increase in T-supressors amount. The
eNOS activity decreases constantly. The CD105 marker prevails in endothelium.
CD34+ dendrocytes in papillary and superficial areas of the dermal reticular
layer reduce in number constantly that results in forming of gradient. CD1α+,
vimentin+ and αSMA+ of dendritic cells are maximal in number on the stage of
edema and induration and break down on the stage of sclerosis. The change of
cellular composition was more substantial round the appendages of skin. Till
the sclerosis stage Ki67+ cells amount decreases substantially, as well as
caspase 3+ and bcl2+ cells, both among immune and dendritic cells.

	<Abstract>
The purpose of the current study was to establish quantitative dynamics of
immune cells and to study proliferative activity in pathologic foci before
and after treatment of chronic granulating periodontitis. Before treatment
   the number of CD3+, CD4+, CD20+, CD138+, CD68+ cells had statistically
reliable distinctions in comparison with the control. CD4+/CD8+ lymphocytes
ratio was 0.87. The share of plasma cells among all B-lymphocytes was 37.8%.
After traditional treatment of granulating periodontitis only quantity of
CD68+ cells was not statistically different from the control. CD4+/CD8+
lymphocytes ratio increased on 0.02, the share of plasma cells - to 43.8 %.
After original complex treatment all studied parameters, excepting Ki67+
cells, reached the level, statistically not different from the control.
CD4+/CD8+ lymphocytes ratio increased on 0.05, and CD138+/CD20+ lymphocytes
ratio increased to 0.53. The most prominent changes within granular tissue
after treatment occurred in distribution of B-lymphocytes.
