	<Abstract>
   The 3D reconstruction technique has dramatically improved understanding of embryogenesis and allowed precise
quantitative measurements of different organs and their compartments. There are many methods, which could be used to
obtain 3D models of heart on different stages of embryonic development. These approaches facilitates understanding of architecture
of embryonic heart and gives us the ability to estimate the quantitative amount of a wide spectrum of geometrical
parameters of chambers and structure of the wall of the heart. They also serve as new tools for scientific investigation of carcinogenesis
and congenital heart disease. But such methods do not yet provide anything like resolution achieved by histology
and 3D computer remodeling and are therefore of limited use for studies of morphological detail.

	<Abstract>
   Hodgkin lymphoma is the most frequent lymphoproliferative disorder in the Western world. During one and a
half century since it was described by Thomas Hodgkin in 1832 wide experience has been accumulated on matching clinical
and morphologic manifestations of disease what is shown in a great number of publications. According to World health organization
classification of 2008 distinct forms and types of Hodgkin lymphoma were defined in accordance with clinical
presentations, pathomorphology and immunophenotype of tumor cells what determine specific treatment. Although clinical
manifestations are described well enough, data on morphofunctional features of tumor cells and reactive microenvironment
are scarce. Data about the nature of tumor cells are still controversial. Remarkably little attention is paid to the assessment
interrelations between morphology, immunophenotype, degree of stability and maturation of diagnostic cells and inflammatory
background. All these findings may be helpful to clarification of morphogenesis, prognosis and improvement for Hodgkin
lymphoma treatment.

	<Abstract>
   The condition of the central heamodynamic at patients with lung cancers with different level of the ventilating
respiratory insufficiency in the early postoperative period after application of 3 and 1,5 ml/kg of perftoran and after traditional
refortan (5 ml/kg) infusion-transfusion therapy was determined. It was proved that perftoran is much more effective
than pefortan. The restoration of the normodynamic type of heamodynamic after infusion of perftoran (1,5 ml/kg) to patients
with the an initial level of the ventilating respiratory insufficiency of I and II degree is observed during 1st postoperative
week. The restoration of the normodynamic type of heamodynamic at to patients with the initial level of the ventilating respiratory
insufficiency of III degree in postoperative period is reached by using perftoran in a dose 3 ml/kg.

	<Abstract>
  To define structural and functional changes of skin in women of different age groups with an additional internal
pathology in this work intraoperative biopsy material of skin of 104 women at the age from 19 to 73 years, that was taken
during standard surgery instrumentations for different defects of face skin correction, was investigated. Skin material of temporal
region was morphologically processed. To define parameters of microvessels, serial sections was investigated with the
help of morphometry. It was determined, that involution dynamic of microvessel condition in papillary layer of derma coincides
with grade reduction of relative volume of microvessels bed. There is growth of relative microvessels volume in reticular
layer of derma in women of older age groups. Microcirculation age changes include structural disorders of intrapapillary
capillary loops, disorganization of arterioles in papillary and reticular layers of derma, disorders of venules because of the
changes in microenvironmental fibrillar network. It is typical at the patients with nicotinic dependence, ischemic heart disease,
hypertonic disease, a diabetes, and also adiposity of a different degree essential infringement of microvessels bed structure
of a skin that gives the basis for allocation of the given contingent of patients as group high intraoperative and postoperative
risk at carrying out of operative interventions for correction of face skin involutive changes.

	<Abstract>
  The purpose of the study was to summarize our results of histochemical, lectinhistochemical and immunohistochemical
methods for embryonic heart research on chick, mouse and rat as well as human embryo. The alcyan blue staining
after Stidman proved useful in identifying populations of neural crest cells within the mesenchymal structures of the heart.
McManus staining revealed areas of the extracellular matrix in parts of heart which undergo active transformation. Lectins
WGA, STA, RCA, which intensively stained vascular endothelium and endocardium, were also the labels for dying cells.
VAA revealed apoptotic cells only, SNA - endocardium, endothelium, mesenchyme cells of the large vessels, PFA - endothelium,
endocardium. PSA, LCA showed cone-shaped pattern in the wall of pulmonary trunk and aorta of human embryo during
8-11 weeks. WGA staining was heteromorphic in endothelium of embryonic human heart at 8-12 weeks. The more intense
reaction was typical in endothelium covering the ventricular and atria walls, as well as the endocardium above trabeculae
and papillary muscles of the ventricles. WGA staining in endothelium was practically absent in the area of chordae tendineae
during this period. We suggest that the value of immunohistochemical and lectinhistochemical methods in identifying
the endothelium and apoptotic cells is comparable.

	<Abstract>
  The active retrieval of methods for the increase of the efficiency of ventral hernia alloplasty is performed now;
however the structural-functional changes of scar and muscle tissues during their reorganization are still little studied. The
analysis of relationship of connective tissue with the hemomicrocirculation elements plays the important role for the understanding
of the structural-functional condition of the anterior abdominal wall and also concrete mechanisms of reorganization
of microvessels taking into account the dynamics of muscle-aponeurotic structures reconfiguration. The purpose of the current
study was to determine the dynamics of structural-functional reconfiguration of microcircular component in the anterior
abdominal wall after alloplasty of experimental ventral defect with the polypropylene monofilament net "Prolene". The quantitative
morphological analysis was carried out during 1 year. The analysis of scar tissue formation and muscles reconfiguration
in the anterior abdominal wall after plastic reconstruction of experimental defect allowed to reveal that the presence of
polypropylene prosthetic device increases the duration of early inflammatory processes in a moderate degree, providing,
however, adequate and full structural reconfiguration of scar and muscle tissue in the future, including microcirculation components.

	<Abstract>
   The purpose of research was the immunohistochemical and biochemical analysis of VEGF і CD34 in patients
with ІІІ degree chronic ischemia of lower limb after direct, indirect and composite revascularization in near-term and longterm
postoperative periods. Patients have been divided into three groups: 1) 37 patients after femoral-tibial reconstruction; 2)
57 patients after indirect revascularization with autotransplantation of bone marrow; 3) 50 patients after composite revascularization
of distal part of lower limb. The observation was carried out in the near-term postoperative period and in 2 years.
Immunohistochemical investigation of markers VEGF and CD34 expression in tissue samplings of anterior tibial muscle
taken between superior and middle one thirds was carried out. It have been determined that direct revascularization causes
the significant improvement in immunohistochemical characteristics of anterior tibial muscle on VEGF and CD34 expression
in all age groups during 6 months after operation, however does not provide the stabilization of positive changes in long-term
postoperative period. Indirect revascularization does not change significally structurally-functional condition of components
of muscle in near-term postoperative period, however causes the stable normalization of parameters due to initiation of neovasculogenesis
at patients till 75 years. Composite revascularization allows to receive near-term normalizing effect concerning
VEGF і CD34 and to provide its stabilization in the long-term postoperative period.
