	<Abstract>
    We propose a new modification made in the morphology of biological imaging methods based on new types of 
components and nets. Shown its applicability not only in the comparative morphology and evolutionary and systematic, but 
also in abiogenetic studies. An approach of deterministic or directed transformation of the grid, allowing to control the result 
of process according to its trend. Its been made the transition from a purely geometric («CAD») to model «CAE» - analysis 
of the structure affecting distorting factors. We propose a method for detecting deformations of the lattice for subsequent 
blending with computer engineering biomimetic structures. Showing the limitations of the theory of transformation by d'Arcy-Thompson-sampling and scaling of the original signal. A system for gel documentation reaction-diffusion processes, simulate-regulating morphogenesis in partially ordered media that displays the  result on the PC for 3D-visualization of the 
perturbed transformation of the grid. Using this method showed the presence of nonlinear pulse waves and currents in the 
active medium in the photoinduced assembly of artificial cells. Based on the methods of computer optics developed a method 
of forecasting the likely strains of the simplest artificial cells

	<Abstract>
   The article highlights the current understanding of the mechanisms of pain and depression comorbidity, especially - functioning of neurochemical systems in the brain and the anatomical and functional relationships of structures in the 
CNS of these pathological conditions. It shows the current classification of antidepressants, analyze the neurochemical aspects of their actions, effects on cognitive brain function and behavioral reactions to the formation of the sensations of pain, 
generalize mechanisms of action in the treatment of chronic pain. In the analysis of the literature it is concluded that depression and pain therapy impede each other, having common mechanisms of development, the leading points of contact they 
are changing the functioning of catecholaminergic neurotransmitter systems of the brain, the levels of certain cytokines, as 
well as the state of NMDA-dependent mechanisms of the brain. The question of their use for treatment of acute pain, including differentiated into non-opioid analgesics combined with, is not sufficiently understood.

	<Abstract>
   The study is devoted to the issues of peculiarities of cytological parameters in periodontitis tissues in patients 
with generalized periodontitis and bronchial asthma on the background of glucocorticosteroid therapy. Comparative analysis 
of clinical course, cytological and cytometric parameters proved the efficiency of using miramistin ultrasonophoresis and 
miramistin application. Correlative analysis of 126 patients was carried out. It has been found out that bronchial asthma and 
glucocorticosteroid therapy negatively influence the course of generalized periodontitis decreasing the manifestation of the 
inflammatory reaction and causing more significant cytological changes in periodontitis tissue epithelium, such as dystrophy, 
necrosis and necrobiosis. We were the first to carry out the comparative analysis of efficiency of using miramistin in preventive treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis and bronchial asthma on the background of glucocorticosteroid therapy. We have arrived to the conclusion that miramistin ultrasonophoresis takes a shorter time to act and produces a more 
prolonged effect than miramistin application. This effect is confirmed by normalization of cytological parameters of periodontitis tissues.

	<Abstract>
    In this study we investigated the effects of  EasyGraft  and amorphous calcium  phosphate implanted into the 
proxymal metadiaphysis on bone regeneration and cancellous bone within reaction zone. Here we found out that EasyGraft 
and amorphous calcium phosphate undergo resorbtion and thus optimize bone regeneration. Regeneration is accompanied by 
dysbalance of regenerate chemical composition which is levelled. Highest intensity of these processes was ob-served in the 
period from 7th fill the 30th day after implantation. EasyGraft is more preferable for implantation  than amorphous calcium 
phosphate.

	<Abstract>
   In article expound results of immunehistochemical research ectocervix cellular renovation processes under cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with used of monoclonal antibodies Ki-67 &amp; p63 (DakoCytomation). In research used a cervix 
uteri biopsy material from 56 women with secondary infertility. Preliminarily were identifying high oncogenous risk human 
papilloma viruses (HPV). For women with secondary infertility under cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) we observed 
activation of cellular proliferation processes. Index of proliferation  activity about CIN-I is 9,3±4,2%, about CIN-II - 
39,23±4,3%, about CIN-III - 64,9±4,5%. Cellular renovation processes going to increase correlation index of cellular proliferation and proapoptosis processes (Кі-67/р63). Thereby we establish that according with rapidity of cervix uteri dysplastic 
change occurred increase proliferate activity together activation processes of proapoptosis programs.

	<Abstract>
    To define structural and functional changes of temporal area skin in women of different age groups with an additional internal pathology in this work intraoperative biopsy material of skin of 104 women at the age from 19 to 73 years, that
was taken during standard surgery instrumentations for different defects of face skin correction, was investigated. It was determined, that involutive dynamic of microvessel condition in papillary layer of  derma coincides with grade reduction of 
relative volume of microvessels bed. Microcirculation age changes include structural disorders of intrapapillary capillary 
loops, disorganization of arterioles in papillary and reticular layers of derma, disorders of venules because of the changes in
microenvironmental fibrillar network. It is typical at the patients with nicotinic dependence, ischemic heart disease, hypertonic disease, a diabetes, and also adiposity of a different degree essential infringement of microvessels bed structure and hardware criteria of skin condition that gives the basis for allocation of the given contingent of patients as group high intraoperative and postoperative risk at carrying out of frontlift.

	<Abstract>
    Microvascular components of myomatous tissue and the layers of myometrium were evaluated using 
mорmorphometric analysis in 35 patients with uterine leiomyoma with long-term and short-term preoperative hormonal correction with Gosereline Acetate. Our results show that the microvessels density depends on morphological type of the fibroid, 
which in case of the cellular leiomyoma is 2.9 times greater compared to the regular one. The tissue is characterized by decreased vascularization of simple leiomyoma as compared to surrounding myometrium. In conditions of a drug-induced 3-
month menopause density of microvessels was significantly decreased. In conditions of elevated levels of sex steroids 
amount of microvessels in fibrois tissue increases, with expanding of the lumen of arterioles and metarterioles and thickening 
of their walls. Hipoestrogenic condition contributes significantly to reduction of the average diameter of arterioles in the tissue of cellular and simple leiomyoma, which in some cases leads to complete obliteration of the vessels. Short-time hyperestrogenemia leads to a statistically significant increase in wall thickness of arterioles in fibroid tissue samples. Similar changes 
observed in vessels of pseudocapsula of women with cellular leiomyoma.

	<Abstract>
    Organs of newborn rats (cerebrum, heart, liver, kidneys) are characterized by a high contains of microelements. 
Review of toxic and ultramikroelements in the tissues of vital organs in case of severity is essential for understanding hypox-ic-ischemic lesions in neonatology. In this paper we used hypobaric model of hypoxia, the study conducted on 60 laboratory 
rats for the first and seventh day of life. By the seventh day of life the content of chrome and manganese decreases. In cere-brum contain of lead is the most. Hypoxia leads to a considerable decrease of the level of manganese. Severe hypoxia leads 
to the decrease of contain of chrome and cobalt. Hypoxia causes increase of accumulation of lead in heart and kidneys in 8 
times, in liver – in 3 times, and also in cerebrum (28, 2%).

	<Abstract>
    To model an acute pancreatitis condition in rats, 50 mkl of 1 %, 2,5 % or 5 % solution of sodium taurocholat was 
injected to the pancreatic duct. Following 1, 4, 8, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours post-injection, rats were euthanized to perform the
histologic study of pancreatic tissue and to test the amylase level in the blood. Our results show that introduction of sodium 
taurocholate to the pancreatic duct results in a gradient appearance of hemorrhagic areas, inflammatory and necrotic changes 
from the head to the tail of pancreas. Quick dynamics towards recovery of the amylase concentration in the blood was observed after the injection, as well as recovery of he microvessels and the general tissue structure of a pancreas.

	<Abstract>
   The purpose of this study was to compare clinical, laboratory and morphological data, obtained from the patients 
with chronic critical lower limb ischemia, that had direct, indirect or composite revascularization, to compare the dynamics in
immediate and distant postoperative periods, depending on patient’s age. Three groups of patients were used in this study: 1) 
37 patients with femoral-tibial reconstruction; 2) 57 patients with indirect revascularisation and bone marrow 
autotransplantation; 3) 50 patients with composite revascularization surgery. The observation was carried out in the near-term 
postoperative period and within following 2 years. Our  results show that proposed method of composite limb 
revascularization used according to proposed indications  provides best normalizing effect. Performing of automyelotransplantation as an independent procedure of indirect revascularization or a component of composite revascularization leads 
to substantial increase of the concentration of VEGF factor in blood at 6 and 12 months following surgery, revealed in patients of all the age groups except those of an old age. The intensity of VEGF synthesis stimulation is related essentially to 
the properties of the bone marrow aspirate. The stimulation of synthetic activity takes place to the utmost when automyelotransplantation is performed on the patients of young and mature age, to a lesser degree when patients are of middle age. In 
the patients of 75 years and older the effect of using of bone marrow aspirate during the direct or composite revascularization
wasn’t revealed. Proposed method for assessing the adequacy of the fibular artery allows to optimize the choice of method of 
revascularization with the use of limb reconstructive surgery on the arteries independently, or in combination with indirect 
revascularization using autologous bone marrow aspirate.

	<Abstract>
    The article investigates the expression of immunohistochemical markers in squamous oropharyngeal cancers to 
predict the clinical course. The analysis of marker expression of VEGF and CD34, matrix metalloproteinases 1 and 9, oncoprotein p21, p16, cyclin D1, cell adhesion markers E-cadherin and β-catenin and proliferative activity of Ki-67 depending on 
the clinical and morphological characteristics of the tumor (primary localization, degree of differentiation, presence of metastases in the lymph nodes in the neck) and responses to chemotherapy. Defined "unfavorable" immunophenotype oropharyngeal cancers with a high risk of metastasis and the likely insensitivity to chemotherapy, which allows a more differentiated 
approach to the tactics of treatment of patients with squamous cell carcinoma of oropharynx.
